I received this less than a year ago as a Christmas present and it was not working correctly. I called the customer support line and the gentleman was great at resolving the issue and walking me through how best to use the product.

I got this one just two month ago, so far I am very satisfy with the results, I gifted one to my daughter, I hope, not to have any problems wit it in the future.

I brought this blender last year after burning through a Magic Bullet blender and readying many reviews. I hate this blender. While powerful, the cup size is too big (not single serving), difficult to secure and insecure and constantly leaking.

I have had a Bullet for several years, never a problem with it. I used it until the inner seal wore out then immediately bought another one. Simple to use, clean and store. Makes the greatest smoothies.

The motor has continued to work well for over 1 year with daily use. There was an issue with the cups and the protruding notches breaking and cracking. Richard was very polite and helpful. I received replacement cups in 2 days!!!!

I bought this 6 months ago and love it more as I use it more. This is the best, fastest work horse in my kitchen. No excuse for not getting fruits and vegetables!!! The combinations are endless and it is fun experimenting. I highly recommend

I love the NutriBullet Pro and how quick and easy it is to make my morning shakes. Several weeks after I received it, though, it started leaking, and then the gasket broke and wrapped around the blade. So, waiting for a new blade assembly.

Does not blend well, plastic tabs stick and won’t blend. Had to press done in them multiple times to blend n the second time using it. Do not recommend.

I bought this blender a month ago to make one berry & yogurt smoothie per day. It died 3 weeks in. Nothing is broken/wet/loose. The motor just quit! For the money I spent, I expected at minimum a year of use. I recommend buying a Ninja instead.

I bought this NutriBullet a month ago. I used it twice to three times a week. I am so happy for this purchase. All my veggies and fruits together for my picky eaters. Please do not overcrowded with vegetables/fruits in order to get a smooth juice.
