This is my second nutribullet the first one still works after four years. My new NutriBullet Pro looks great and is stronger only had it for few days but I am impressed already as I use it every day and know it will last a long time

The lids do not securely fasten which makes drinking from them difficult. You almost always have to transfer it into another shaker. The travel lid you may as well toss out. Everyone says the same thing - leaks from everywhere. Cheaply made.

This is the second Nutribullet that I buy and it has the same problem with the bearings and sealers. Leaks through the blade pinion and start to corrosive damage... noise... poor quality internals.

This was a gift in June 2016, has malfunctioned from the beginning, smaller bullet leaks and lager bullet will not stay on with out holding it while it is processing

Representative handled our problem politely and efficiently. However, if the loud motor noise isn't solved by the new blades, we will be calling back. Thank you, Evelyn & John

I have been using the NutriBullet since 2013, and I just can't imagine not being able to have a healthy shake when I want one. It is so refreshing knowing that it is possible when you have a NutriBullet in your kitchen.

I've used the Nutribullet Rx apprx. 20 times and not only does the juice always come out warm ( not using soup mode) the thing has fallen apart ie....broken down. The machine is now where it belongs, IN THE GARBAGE !!!!!!!!!

I bought this blender and it has started leaking from the bottom and into the base in one month of moderate use. I used it to blend chick peas and a smoothie maybe 10 times in the month and I started noticing that it leaks everytime i use it

I bought this in 2018 and I have had to buy 2 replacement blades, I think if I had known I would need to keep replacing the blades I would not have opted for this blender. Not happy with the noise level either.

The bullet is great.........a whole lot better than my last blender...there are no lumps when I am done and it is really quiet.....just remember do not put the cap/top into the dishwasher.
