I received my first NutriBullet as a gift. Unfortunately, the gasket came off. I had read that it is not to be removed, so I figured something was wrong. I took it back to Bed, Bath and Beyond (LOVE THAT PLACE!) and exchanged it for a new one. AGAIN, the gasket came off! Well, I just kept putting it back in and eventually I noticed it was not cleaning up well. Finally, the gasket came off while mixing, so the blades cut it in 1/2. Again I returned it to BB&B and am on my third one now. So far, it's working. I think I must have gotten a better model or maybe the problem was finally fixed? It's also quieter when it mixes, so I hope I finally have a keeper! I do love how well it blends frozen fruit! No chunks that won't fit up the straw like my blender used to do.

I got Blessed with my Nutribullet Pro from a friend. The first one leaked really Bad. So I exchanged it for another one and so far am so Happy with it. I've even got my husband using it. I'm completely off of soda's and sweets. It helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

being on a juice based diet -trying to control my multiple sclerosis- i found this item very easy to use and clean and it does liquify foods very well.....i used it faithfully for a few months and was very careful to follow ALL directions--and i never used frozen foods or ice cubes or seeds --just fresh frits and veggies--the last time i used it there was a seepage which i didnt notice until i went to use it again and the juice had dried inside the little white things that push down and start the motion--i tried cleaning with a warm damp towel but they continue to stick to a point where it is very difficult for me to engage the bullet container ( i have weak arm power) so i rarely use it---when i asked for advice from nutribullet they suggested what i had done-- clean it---i also asked if they could clean it for me and i understood i would pay for the service, shipping etc and never rec'd any response to that request----i would recommend this product even tho i am disappointed that i cant use it anymore---i would love to have a new one but cant afford it at this time--it took me a while to save up for this first one which was over $125

I am very pleased with my Nutribullet 900. I love green smoothies and I have fun making them. Surprised at how delicious each one is. It's so easy that my husband uses it as much as I do. I really love how easy it is to make a smoothie and put the lid on it and go. And cleanup is a breeze

I love my NutriBullet but lately it has started leaking from the blade cap. The rubber gasket does not stay in place. I make sure it is put on correctly and tight. Seems like it does not work as well as it did when I first got it. I've only had it less than a year.

I have been using my Nutribullet daily for over a month. I love having multiple cups and 2 blades. Makes smoothies in a 10 seconds. A quick healthy breakfast. I have used it to puree soups and I would warn you not too blend too long. While a smoothie tastes good whipped full of air a creamy soup does not (to me anyway). When doing soups I am careful not to process too long.

I've been using this for about a month and I'm very pleased with it. It's easy to use and to clean and it emulsifies everything quickly and thoroughly. You do have to screw the blade assembly on very tightly to prevent leaks, though. I mean teeth gritting, eye squinting, tippy-toe standing tight. Once you realize that, you'll have no problems.

Although it does a fine job with fruits and vegetables, I am frightened of using ice in my smoothies. I understand that the machine should be able to handle ice, but have heard that the blades can be damaged and leave metal fragments in the smoothie. I was disappointed to find that your company has no plans to rectify this situation.

I'm so glad with the Nutribullet. After my surgery I can only have liquids and puréed food. The Nutribullet helped me facilitate this as I needed to have this for every single meal every single day. It helped me so much getting through this period of my life. Easy to clean especially when you have to use it several times a day and fast to make your meal. Thank you Nutribullet you saved me! Note: if you are willing to spend the money then maybe the RX version is best especially for soups and ice cube grinding

I have had a NutriBullet for a long time enjoying fruit smoothies. Recently I started using it to try and get some vegetables into my diet as I am NOT A FAN! I now drink my vegees and have noticed a difference in my health. I even 'hide' beans in my smoothie as I don't like the texture and usually the taste of them. So the NutriBullet has helped me overcome my picky unhealthy issues and given me some great nutrition in a way that I can not only handle but enjoy it!
