Great customer service!

I called as I my nutribullet was no longer working (one of the three connectors on the base would not push down). Louis took all my infomation and then patiently talked me through the process of cleaning the connector, waiting until the machine was once again working before giving me additional tips for how to care for the unit not found in the manual. He was friendly, personable, helpful and was able to rectify the problem over the phone. I will definetly recommend Nutribullet to friends for the product and exceptional customer service.

Nutribullet 900 Series sparks from base

I upgraded from the Magic Bullet to the Nutribullet Pro 900 Series. The increased power is a plus because I make shakes daily and some times twice a day. Recently my Nutribullet Pro has started to spark flames from the base. I contacted Customer Care to understand if this is a known issue. I love the product minus the sparks!

Great Product

Decided to start a plant based diet with juicing. This was my first attempt at any type of diet the NutriBullet Pro has worked out great for me. I make three juices a day with a varity of fruits and veggies and in one month I have dropped weight, lowered blood pressure and saved money by not eating out. Highly Recommend for people starting to make their own juice!

Need good recipies for kidneys

I have my beginning kidney problems under control, but I wanted to have the roufage that your product wil provide. But you don't have any recipies for people who need info for mild kidney disease. Example: I can't eat bananas! Most of your recipies include bananas. I think you are missing a big market by not including recipies for kidney problems. Everyone with kidney problems is not on dialias. Help me chose what I can put in my maching!!

Convenient & easy to use

I bought this a couple of months ago as my original magi bullet's blade broke down. this one is more powerful and easy to use as the magic bullet. sometimes the blending is not very smooth as advertised. I feel like the blades are not sharp enough. I also tried the Nutri Ninja as well and I like Nutribullet as it is no too noisy and easy to clean and handle.

Easy to use nutrient extractor

I currently own a Nutribullet 600 which I love but found to be too small so I just upgraded to the 900 Pro model. I love my Nutribullet wan never want to be without one because this system is a nutrient extractor and I get the full benefit of the food without losing the fiber. I just ordered this system and the sales person was super and I find the company to be honest, fair and very helpful like their product.

Easy to use and quick to clean

I was so excited when I purchased my Nutribullet-Pro as a birthday gift for myself. In my quest for healthy living, I needed something efficient and convenient. The Nutribullet-Pro is all of that and then some. It's easy to use, quick to clean, and the recipes that I have tried so far are delicious.

Nutribullet is great, of course. One of the best. Don't scrimp on power though. They have a 600 watt version too, and the 900 is noticeably better. It's adequate for other things in the kitchen. We use mostly for food prep, and a little for smoothies. We make dressings, mayo and stuff like that because we don't like seed oils and all the processing that attends those types of things.

Proud Purchase~

I guess I have had almost a month & have used everyday since....mostly thenfruit/almond milk smoothies (sometimes)ginger ale...& tickled that I made the decision when I did, as I plan to start Thrive in a month or so when things slow down. I suppose I could have a problem tomorrow but as of now....I would highly recommend it to anyone,.,the size is adequate for two as it does not take but a jif or you could half while making another one...does not take long at all &n the noise is to be expected & is not bad to me...Try It!!
