Hi. We bought this product about a month ago and it is so easy to use and clean. it makes great smoothies and clean up is a breeze. I add water to the line and one drop of dishwashing soap and blend for thirty seconds, then rinse it all with water, wipe dry, and store. It blends everything and the menu book is helpful too.

Ask google to tell you about the little rubber gasket in the blade assembly of this appliance. It is not made to be removable, yet liquids can get under it and rot, and mold, and smell, and you cannot take that gasket out to clean beneath it. o worries, after about one month the gasket will fall out. And then, you need to buy a new blade assembly, because that "unremovable" gasket cannot be replaced. Most positive reviews online were written really soon after purchase, thus unaware of this impending issue. I love this thing except for this really big problem.

I got this to make my a.m. smoothies while my Vitamix is repaired. It works great, takes up little space and is simple to operate. I would have appreciated a longer cord for plugging it into my outlet. Also, when cleaning, pay attention to the threading around the top where the lid screws on. I also must say for any senior user or person with hand disability, this isn't for you. My hands and especially my thumbs are suffering significant pain and soreness from trying to get the lid on tightly enough and to get the lid off. I have had a smoothie mess inside and outside the Bullet when the lid hasn't been screwed on tightly enough. This is really a big problem for me and I bet many others as well.

Love what it can do for nutrition. Still experimenting with variations in ingredients... endless options! Several technical problems, the rubber seals do not remain in place very well. The sipper cap does not click closed all the way, can result in spills when least expect it! Need more than one large cup for set!.

This was a great buy and give me all the speed I need to make my smoothies, juice etc. I could only give 4 stars because I needed to crush up my flax seeds and chia seeds in my mortar and pestle but because I already had it, it only takes 2 seconds to do it. Great for me!!

Have had my PRO for 6 months. Does a great job. Only problem? The screw on items, lids, blades, etc, do not stay tight if you are making a frozen smoothie. Apparently, after a few seconds, the cold shrinks the cup, loosening the threads and creating a huge mess on the motor, and spills if you tip the covered cup over.

I had the Nutri-Bullet "regular" and returned it because the container was too small. When the Pro version came out, I bought it again because the container was larger and the motor stronger. However, the motor doesn't sound as if it operates smoothly, we have a crack in the rubber band which causes leaks... overall, I'm not too happy.

I got the original NutriBullet got Father's day last year and I have been hooked and completely satisfied. When I heard about the Pro, I was sure that a great product could be greater, so I treated myself this year and bought one. Very impressed with the upgraded more powerful motor and the XL cup. Works great except that 2 of the tabs at the rim of the cup broke off after the first use. I had to order another one and after several uses I haven't had any other problems. It must have been a faulty .

We purchased this one month ago and am extremely pleased with it. It works as good as my high-end blender. We use it every morning for our protein shakes and it only takes one minute to blend all the ingredients together - including the ice, which is completely blended. We highly recommend this product!

I purchased the NutriBullet at fist and was very disappointed. I did the typical research and even after reading & watching all of the negative reviews on this product, purchased it to try it out. As I had read online.....its has amazing power, love the way you twist the cup to the base and it blends on its own....what I absolutely hated was the fact the cup leaks into the base as it is blending!!!! At first I was overlooking it but eventually its absolutely cumbersome to keep cleaning out the leakage IN the base. I went online AGAIN and read more reviews about the NutirBullet PRO model so I returned the original NutriBullet and bought that the PRO model. SAME THING happens!! The manufacture needs to do something about the leaking seal issue. Returned the NutriBullet PRO and purchased a Ninja Nutri Bullet Auto IQ....LOVE IT!!!
