The gasket on one of my NutriBullet PRO 900 blades broke and I called for a replacement. NutriBullet offered to send me one new upgraded blade. The new blades do not have removable gaskets. I love my NutriBullet and am happy that I will still have two working blades.

This is my second Nutri Bullet this one is a Magic Bullet, the first one just a regular Bullet. I really liked the first one better. I have had so much trouble with this one. When I called for help, I was told so many things that needed to be done to keep it working. Also you show it full to top with fruit and vegetables. I thought the fill line was just for the liquid found out it is for everything. Gave my first one to my son, wish I had it back.

I bought the NutriBullet Pro a couple of months ago and I love it!!!! My breakfasts have been so healthy and in a matter of seconds yours could be too! Just mix fruits, veggies, nuts, you name it! It is so worth it!!! I love it!!!! Easy to use and easy to clean!

We bought this Nutribullet about 18 months ago and it has done great service. Reading the other reviews I assume that a lot of users have lost weight due to the effort required to undo the blade assembly after blending! We bought this for my wife, but she has small hands and is totally incapable of unscrewing the base. It is not a strength thing although it requires some effort. Her hand are not big enough. I am surprised that there are not more mentions of this on the review page. Otherwise it is a great addition to the kitchen. I wish it was dual voltage and then I could send one to my daughter in England where they are twice the US price!!

Purchased it on March 9, 2016. I have a very strong grip and I tighten the cup until it can no longer turn. It continues to leak, no matter what liquid recipe I put in it. There is a design flaw that enables the cup to not seal properly when tightened. DO NOT BUY THIS DISASTER OF A PRODUCT!

I do love my nutri bullet, but now for the third time, I'm replacing the blade/cup because it leaks right out the center of the assembly. I would think tbe person in charge at Nutibullet would address this . This assembly seems cheap and not well designed. I would like a free replacement part please! It should last at least a couple years, right? Then I would tell everyone about this great product.

Representative was extremely helpful in resolving a problem I had purchased a Bullet 900 series. I was about to return to tha store but she was able to determine problem.She was extremely professional & very pleasant . Unfortunately I can rennet her name. I have been using it for a month already and I feel great and have lost weight already. I feel like I'm putting the right food in my body by drinking the smoothies with vegetables and fruits. I usually don't eat vegetables or a lot of fruits daily and now I do. I don't miss the sugar ( chocolates, doughnuts, cakes, etc.) anymore. I went grocery shopping yesterday and I didn't buy anything unhealthy at all. Thanks!!!! (:

I bought a nutribullet almost a year ago and one day suddenly actuators on the rim of the motor got stuck. Nutri team immediately responded to my queries but when nothing worked. They honored the replacement under warranty(though it was out of it). I really appreciated the speedy response and the customer service offered to me.

I purchased a nutribullett approximately 18 months ago, my daughter also got one at the same time. She had to e change hers due to one of the 3 tiny plastic parts breaking off when fitting tthe container on to the bottom part. Mine has now got the same fault. Unusable and I can't find my receipt. Not at all happy and find the parts very flimsy, a tiny bit of plastic will inevitably break. Would appreciate a response as to what happens now as they are not cheap !
