Its a powerful blender, however I do find that it doesnt always completely blend ice and or dense frozen fruit fully.

I am very unhappy with this purchase. It does not easily work. It is also missing one of the little silicone plugs that fit in the base

This is my first 900 series. Have owned three of the 600 series. Use it every morning. Can't say enough good things about it.

Very pleased with product, the only problem was before the month was over, I had to replace the blade and was charge the shipping.
