I bought it a week ago and a lot. A times when I turn it on to start it don't start I push down hard or it starts then stops again

put 3 different fruits (about 1/3 cup of fruit or 1/2 banana) and 2 shots of vodka fill to max line with ice ...mix and enjoy

I bought my nutri bullet in Dec my only issue i have is it takes a lot of effort to hold it down to start .
