I tighten the jar and lid, but twice it has become slightly loose and leaked in the base. I have one of your originals and never have had a problem. I use my new one to make veggie smoothies for me and fruit ones for the great grandkids.

This has changed my breakfast routine, no longer a granola bar on the run! I enjoy making something a little bit different and feel good about what I am eating. So now it's my Tervis Tumbler and a straw on the run.

We had the first one and used it every day. The 900 came with the bigger cups and it really is more heavy duty. We passed our old one onto our son he loves it and we are thrilled with the new one.

I use a powerful blender for my juicing but prefer this bullet which I bought for my daughter.. The bullet makes the process much more efficient with the cups to go. I can also prep a cup for later ..love it.

My daughter has one and had me try a smoothie. I went and bought mine that night. It has been about a month and a half. I have had a different smoothie every day. Just love it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Tried two different blenders before I got a brain, then the nutribullet. It's amazing, makes awesome and tasty shakes in no time leaving very little cleanup.

PROBLEM WITH ATTACHING THE JAR TO THE BASE. Only two of the switches in the base depress easily which is needed in order to lock the top in position. The third switch sticks and will not go down. Once down, it sticks in that position.

This machine has an issue where it does not engage properly. I have to smack the top of the cup to get it to run. A friend purchased one and it has the same issue. I hope I don't have future problems.
