I had to return it because the rubber ring near the blade kept coming off. I had to exchange this at least once before deciding to just return it and get my money back.

Great Machine in that it really does pulverize the nutrients and blend them well.. My only problem is that sometimes the plastic pieces on the side of the machine get stuck and you are not able to twist and secure the cup into the base

Bought this 1 month ago and just returned it today. The motor was acting funny. Did not work when pressed down and other times would continue working when took off.Will try another one.

My second blender.first one leaked.purchased newer more powerful.same issue.did not overfill.lids seem to lose the seal. So disappointed.commercial shows well over filling.

This was great while I used it for about 6 months or so. Then it started spewing black powder on the outside while it was running. Definitely don't want to use it anymore so it had a very, very short lifespan.

I got this as a Christmas gift and I love everything about it except for one thing...the cups/lids are too big for my hand span and heaven forbid if someone has a small hand span AND arthritis, you’d never get lid on or off..

I just replaced my old NutriBullet with this new one. I'm not sure how long it will last as it already begins to smell when you run it enough to smooth everything out.

I love love the Nutribullet!!!! The only thing I would like to see different is for the cups to have measurements on the side. When I use it for my protein shakes, I like to measure the milk to track my calories.

We arr so happy with our nutribullet system! It is easy to use, clean and store. Our favorite part is creating delicious smoothies from any ingredients we have at hand!

Had to replace the old model because sometimes it would leak around the base, but I think they figured out a way to fix that issue as this one works flawlessly
