I love it! And this machine is sturdy. Used some frozen packaged fruit and thought I had damaged the motor. Not so-this is like the energizer b----y. It keeps going and going. Never felt so good and so fast.

Product needs to be made so that the gasket stays in the blade holder not ground up in the drink. Difficult getting your warranty people to understand the on going problem.

My husband bought this for me and I chewed him out for spending the money. But after using it and having fun trying all the different shakes, I just love it. I use it at least once or twice a day. Sure glad he bought it.
