Save your money and go with something else. The design of this blender is so gd awful… first of all, you need to push super hard and twist to get the dang thing to blend… worse, after blending, the way the blender is designed actually tightens the lid while blending!! So untwisting the cap sometimes becomes a raging battle where your wrists and fingers start to hurt. I don't even know how this made it to consumers, such a poorly designed product.

The one thing that is a problem with both of the ones I had, is the top leaks easily

we had an older one and replaced with this one. Wife if very disappointed in performance

I received Nutrabullet 900 pro as Xmas gift and was extremely excited to use it. Unfortunately after barely using it 6 times the blender doesn’t work. I even took out a new jar to use thinking the plastic pieces might be broken still not working. Used to make smoothies with yogurt milk and fruit so wasn’t a heavy load. Very Disappointed and frustrated

My Nutribullet Pro+ came without the gasket for the blade extractor. Trying to get a gasket or gaskets for the future is like pulling teeth. No information on a part number. The only way to get a new gasket is by purchasing a new blade assembly. I just hate companies that force you to buy things you don't need just so they can sell more products

I really dislike this blender. I primarily use it to make smoothies, and it frequently does not completely blend my frozen bananas, regardless of how much liquid I add or how long I run it. Also the containers are just too large. They don't fit in a cupholder and they're rather large for my hand. I believe the diameter is about 12 inches, when 10" or less would be preferable.

I had the original for years and loved it. When it finally wore out, I never went back to buy another one because I had my vitamix. Well, that finally died too and I came back to the nutribullet and I couldn't be happier. The colors and variations are a nice touch. Thank you for making such an amazing machine.

Looks great but it’s too loud and does a mediocre job

The motor is louder than my old 900. The cups in my old one had marking levels. This one doesn't.
