I don't get it. With Nutribullet, my luck has been the WORST. The first one I bought, it stopped working 2 times in 1 year. So the next time, I did my research and bought this one. And I used it carefully. Only cold things. Never hot, never just solids. And I must have used it 4-5 times and then just one month after, it stops working. No clue, nothing. It just wouldn't spin. I don't know about you, but it seems like buying from this brand was a mistake. I am done with this brand.

I received a 900 watt pro as a Mother's Day gift from my son. I never tried anything like this before and am surprised at how much I like it. It blends great. It came with a number of rims and caps which I don't use as I poor the contents into a glass. I use the medium size jar for one serving and the large for two. I am giving this only three stars because the blade unit has started to leak after only a few weeks use. I followed instructions and wash carefully by hand. I am going to contact the company for advice.

Thrilled with my new Pro, as I had been using a very old blender to make smoothies. The biggest problem with the old one was how loud it was, and that you had to take it all apart to properly clean it. The Pro is easy to use and I drink the smoothies right out of the blender container so there is no need to pour the smoothie into another glass and then wash both. It easily blends the items I put in my drink (protein powder, water, fresh or frozen fruits/veggies), and I like the consistency of the end product. It fits just fine on my counter and actually takes us less space than my old blender. The only thing that is a bit of a challenge is letting the blade assembly air dry because no matter which side you put it on the other side will hold water in grooves and stay wet. You either need to flip it after a while, hand dry it one side, or only get the blade side wet when cleaning and then air dry it with that side down. A small detail really. One time I didn't have the blade assembly screwed on quite tight enough and it leaked a bit at the seal between the blade and the container, so I am more careful about that now. Overall, I love this appliance and wish that I had purchased it much sooner.

The blender works quite well. I have been using it almost daily for the past several weeks and it blends most mixtures excellently. Occasionally, it does leave thicker sections in the smoothie. This wasn't a real negative to me but the recipe book that comes with it is a joke. It is more infomercial than recipe book but since I was buying it for blender I didn't really care.

This model is clearly more powerful than the 700 I had before. I used my 700 everyday for about 5 months although I had it for 2 years. When it gave out, I got the 900 series and I really like the large cup for blending smoothies. it makes enough for my husband and myself easily.

My views with this machine. I wish the containers were glass instead of plastic. The plastic becomes cloudy and discolored. I also find that it is sometimes difficult to thread the lid on for a tight fit which causes it to leak into the machine. In all fairness this could be just a defect in my lids and containers. The motor is strong enough and does blend smoothly. All in all it does the job.

I love this product and have had it for close to a year. Unfortunately, within the last couple of weeks, a problem has arisen in that the "tabs" that push down to activate the Bullet are "stuck" and won't push down. We've worked with it and have thus far managed to "unstick" them, but it's annoying, unexpected, and not sure how long this will continue to work. I would have rated it a 4 or 5 star except for this issue.

I bought this unit for the purpose of eating healthy while on the road, I find the extra power of the Nutribullet is necessary to adequately prepare a nutrition shake with veggies such as kale and broccholi. The unit is loud, but performs well and is superior to the other portable units that I have experienced, plus, I love the quickness of being able to drink out of the same container in which I prepared my shake in the motor unit. The only gripe I have is that the pop top on the portable twist on lid recently broke rendering that particular drink top useless.

I brought this back in September and absolutely love using it every morning. What a difference in the way you feel, both physically and mentally. I look forward to going to the supermarket now and deciding what to "blast". I have, however, had a little trouble lately, when I push down and turn the cup, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going. I hope it is not the beginning of a problem as the machine is not that old.

I have been using my Nutribullet daily for over a month. I love having multiple cups and 2 blades. Makes smoothies in a 10 seconds. A quick healthy breakfast. I have used it to puree soups and I would warn you not too blend too long. While a smoothie tastes good whipped full of air a creamy soup does not (to me anyway). When doing soups I am careful not to process too long.
