I got this with the warranty and loved it used it daily i have chronic migraines and found a juice that help me function daily without taking pain meds all the time the plastic broke on the cup i wrote the company and they told me i had to buy the cup what good is the warranty if it dont.replace parts that break after only a few weeks

I bout the NutriBullet PRO about a month ago and I couldn't be happier! I put 2-3 handfuls of spinach or kale in with all sorts of fruits and chia seeds. I couldn't believe how smooth they turn out! What a terrific way to get those fruits and veggies. You will love it!

Fast, easy way to make a nutritious meal any time. I do my nutriblasts for breakfast just about every morning. Never any chunks, just nice liquid drink that's delicious. No problems with nuts etc. So happy with it I bought one for my Mom! Pro comes with recipe book and additional cups, covers. Great way to get excellent nutrition. Cleans in seconds!!! I LOVE mine!

Problem with the larger cup leaking! It appears to be leaking at the mold seam (Burr). C/S sent a new blade unit - didn’t fix it! Larger cup is on Back order! Having been on the Quality teams at Ford Motor (32 years) - bet this not an isolated case! C/S is outstanding! QC needs to review this concern!

If you have decided to purchase a blender/juicer you will find many choices out there but let me save you a lot of trouble by saying Nutri Bullet Pro is the way to go. I couldn't be any happier with this purchase. It has changed my life. I am drinking healthy smoothies every day and my health has improved. I bought another product about a year ago that competes with the nutribullet and it was garbage and dangerous because it had exposed knife-like blades. I finally bought the nutribullet from bed bath and beyond because i knew they would take it back if I didn't like it. I'm glad I purchased the nutribullet! The nutribullet and my coffee machine are the only appliances that i use everyday. The texture of my smoothies compare to the textures made by my husband's professional blenders used in restaurants. I wish i had upgraded and purchased the nutribullet rx!

I got my NutriBullet as a gift, and I really use it just about everyday. I love the way it extract the nutrients from the fruits and veggies. I certainly enjoy my smoothies. I am around 70 years of age and feel great supplementing my diet with NutriBullet recipes. I am not on any medicines, thank God.

I bought this blender about a month ago and I highly recommend it. Before buying I was using an old blender, which made thick smoothies and not juices, which is what I wanted. The clean up process is super easy because you only have the blade and small cup to clean versus a huge blender! My only complaint is the price, the booklets that came with the blender, and instructions. The recipe books I found to be useless because there was maybe 5 recipes that had exotic ingredients. The instructions, or should I say, lack of instructions, because there wasn't any! Overall great product!

I bought my NutriBullet 8 months ago. At around the 3 month mark one of the blade assemblies began to leak at the shaft seal. I switched to the provided 2nd blade assembly and it lasted around 3 months and it too began to leak at the shaft. I used the NutriBullet 1 or 2 times a day, seven days a week. Also, the larger cup's plastic tabs wore down so that the cup had to be held in place while the machine was on. I did not over fill the cups, but filled only to the mark on the cup. I called customer service, and after faxing them the required documentation, they sent me 2 new blade assemblies, and a new oversize cup, charging shipping only. They advised me to replace blade assemblies every 6 months or so, and to stop short of the fill line when putting items in the cup, as excess pressure could contribute to leaks. In that case, one orange overfills the included small cup, so what use is it? And how do you follow the recipes in the book if the stuff won't fit into the standard size cups? Only the oversize cup is practical. The fact is, the blade assemblies have too much play in the shaft, and this wears the seal out. The new blade assemblies seem tight, so I hope they don't fail so quickly. The NutriBullet works great otherwise, and the customer service is excellent.

Burned the motor up in three of the previous models took them back for an exchange each time. The Neutra bullet Pro has a stronger motor and I am still on the first one I believe it's going to hold up well. I suggested to all of my friends only buy the pro
