For the price I was expecting a top quality blending machine. I use this piece of equipment everyday and wish that it made me happy everyday I use it. Most days I use it the foods blend well. The days it doesn’t blend well are the days it leaks, shuts off, or damages the blender bottles. Wish this piece of equipment was made with better quality plastic shakers and a better threading for the base.

This is the best overall product I have used. It does the job I want it to do without any hesitation. I do think they should add a cover for each canister, and maybe delete the handles. Personal preference. The Vita Mix is the only item which is best!

We love this thing! I had my doubts, as I did not want goo to get stuck in the top or have to open it and shake items down for better blending. That has not happened even once! We have used frozen and not frozen items and they are blended in about 20 seconds. Often use spinach, blueberries, banana, strawberries, some fresh some frozen. With only two pieces to clean afterwards, it really has increased our veggie and fruit smoothies. Really great product!

This is my second Nutribullet Pro. I bought one 6 years ago and used it so much I wore it out. I use it every morning and bought an extended warranty which saved me money On my last Nutribullet when the blade top no longer worked I ordered a new blade top and only had to pay the cost of shipping. This happened a couple of times over the years. I even bought a Nutribullet Pro for my son and it helped him lose weight. I would recommend a Nutribullet highly!

Love the blender! Use it everyday! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is more about the company than the blender. Day after we bought the blender I ran across the NutriBullet LEAN diet plan. Only way you can access the diet plan is entering the serial number from the NutriBullet LEAN blender. It will not accept the serial number of the brand new blender I just bought. Very poor execution!!!!

I bought this in December and the product and cups are great but I had read about the leaking and made sure I tighten the blade on well but have had 2 incidents of leaking. Ordered the replacement one on Amazon this week and will let you know how that works. Otherwise it is a good product. I have a Magic Bullet at work and a Vitamix at home and wanted something easy to use and clean. I also like the LIDs!!!! no more spilling smoothies in my car on way to work.

I bought my NutriBullet about a month ago and boy has it made a difference! It is so easy to make our family green smoothies in the morning...No more flaxseeds stuck in my teeth because of the powerful grinding...every veggie, fruit, nut, ice is crushed and grinded into a smooth drink. The clean up is also so easy. The only think I would change is the glasses it comes with...the sizes are not your typical and they don't fit in my car so I do have to transfer my smoothies into my own glass with a lid.

I bought the nutri bullet about 5 months ago and it was good until now because im trying to using it like every day but stopped every 2 seconds and I can't finish to do the mixture and I don't know if you guys have a number where I can call for a customer service . Thank you

This is my 3rd Nutribullet product. I love them, but they last less than a year. Either the gasket leaks, gets worn out, the cups crack (I hand-wash my dishes so no heat from a dishwasher) or the motor burns out in 8-12 months. I use mine daily in spurts, then might skip a few weeks at a time.

I love the Nutribullet, however 2 of our cups have broken. one cup broke at the tabs (the part that fits into the actual machine) and another cup cracked from twisting the top on. Also the flip-top on the large cup broke so it won't stay fastened.) I'm going to try to get them replaced, since I'm under warranty. If Nutribullet replaces the parts I'll be happy. But i do love the machine.
