Cheap Leather

The leather is thin so chairs had cracks and wear on arms, seat, and foot rest within a year.

Disappointment

We bought this 5 years ago. It is a beautiful chair, and a bargain. Unfortunately after 5 years the bonded leather will flake off. I would not recommend.

Gotta Return Them

NOT Comfortable

Was hoping this would replace our other Sam's Club recliners, but this is more narrow, sits high, the back doesn't support my neck, and it's really firm. Great for waiting room chairs, but not cozy for relaxing.

Peeling

Brought two of these chairs about a year ago (Feb 2023). On chair is in a guest bedroom and rarely used. The leather is cracked and peeling. The other chair is not peeling, but the filling is sagging. This chair is in a main bedroom.

Great Recliner

Have this same recliner for approximately 10 years, received as a gift. No problems at all & feet are above the floor when reclining, leather is not thin. As a matter of fact I still have the paperwork for this recliner plus it still looks new and yes used a lot. Thinking about purchasing a second one. If I do purchase and have an issue I will get in touch with Sam's or Braxton. Can't say but perhaps they are being made cheaply now, all I know mine is great.
