I purchased these because they received very good reviews, but you get what you pay for, I guess. First, the 2 stars is mainly because I contacted Abbyson Living for customer service immediately after I received these, and...crickets, no response after 2+ weeks. The good part: I ordered 2 of these chairs and put them together rather easily. However, the reason for customer service contact was that one of the front legs on one chair would not tighten. Turns out the internal threaded 'cylinder' that marries with the leg extrusion was missing. I contacted customer service for some help in repairing this without sending it back. The rest of the chair parts are 'okay'. The flap at the back of each chair is not long enough to turn under and secure to the Velcro strip at the bottom of the frame. Believe me, the back is on as far as it can possibly go and it just will not reach to secure, so I will have to buy 2 velcro strips to fix this hanging flap if I want it to look proper. In regard to the front leg, basically, I clipped an "X" in the fabric where the leg should fit underneath, and went to the hardware store to obtain a part to engineer something that would work (which it now does). I figured I'd never get them returned/replaced if it depended on customer service answering my requests. For the money, they are very budget friendly, but in my opinion, you should not have to do anything other than put this together for it to be complete. If you aren't limited budget-wise, keep looking.

So I Contact Sam's Club, Sam's Offer To Send Me Another Chair Out, Waiting For The Chair Now? Would I Recommend This Product To A Friend? Abbyson Living NO, Sam's Club YES

This Braxton recliner is REALLY comfortable. The back and seat cushions are extremely well cushioned, but you don't sink down into them too much. The chair is actually wider and bulkier than I imagined based on the pictures and the price which was a nice surprise! It is on the smaller scale and fits nicely in my living room. I am 5 ft 5 in and the length is perfect for me but it might be a little small for someone much taller. The leather feels high quality and the pushback mechanism is sturdy-you don't have to push too hard to recline but it's locked in place enough that you're not going to accidentally recline. The nailhead on the trim adds a beautiful accent. I really like my new recliner and am thrilled with how easy it was to put together and that it matches so easily with any decor!

We ordered this item on November 8th and it arrived November 25th. I find the chair to be comfortable, well built and sturdy. The red is a marbled red with brown undertones. It's not bright, but quite subdued shade. It's a compact recliner (it is on the small side, but check the dimensions they clearly state how big the chair is). In our case we were specifically looking for a recliner to fit in a tight spot but I see some reviews claim it's small when in fact it's exactly as big as stated. The reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that when we got it one of the legs was cracked. I've contacted Abbyson customer service and after sending them photos they've promised to ship us a replacement leg.

Still trying to get used to it.Will give it a couple more weeks rhen will try to return it if it does not feel better and I can find a pick up to return it.

The threads that the foot of the chair screws into was misssing. Had to use ingenuity to fix it on the spot. I will NEVER order furniture on line again.

This chair is well made. Very comfortable but not bulky like many other recliners. It came packaged with great care and arrived quickly. After receiving this one, I plan on purchasing another one for family room and would highly recommend.

Not happy with it at All it will not stay reclined one of the legs is cracked. I would not buy this or even recommend it I would not even give it a star but I had to in order to give this review!! SO SO VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very rich look to leather. Very comfortable and easy to put together. Came by Fedex but driver phoned that she could not just leave on porch, as someone had to be there to help her unload from truck. Pleased so far with this purchase.

Ordered on line and it was delivered to my front door. The shipping container had some dings but the chair was fine. Very easy assembly. Screw on the legs then slide the back in place. Very comfortable.
