I have been pleasantly surprised and pleased with this laptop. It is perfect for home use. I’m not sure how it would be for work or all-day use and probably would not recommend for a gamer. Those recommendations are based on specs, not on my experiences. As an FYI, I had an existing 365 account. When I logged into Microsoft with the new Lenova laptop, Microsoft extended my paid subscription by one year.

This is an excellent computer for the money, boots quickly, great for jumping online, checking email, printing etc. recommend highly if you need a decent general purpose laptop but don’t want to spend a lot on it!

Bought as a gift for my 80 yr old father in law. He loves it. Its easy to use, perfect speed for him. He was thrilled to have a larger screen than his tablet that recently died. Its perfect for his needs, mostly browsing the internet.

Quality laptop for the price. It was fairly easy to set up. I had a little trouble.getting it to connect to my WIFI, but finally figured it out. It is.suposed to have a one year warranty.and Windows but when I turned it on it said that I only had 9 months remaining.

Excellent value. I use it for playing online card games and Facebook. No issues, and you can easily take it out of safe mode.

This is a good computer for what I'm using it for. In my opinion, the battery life could be longer, I generally am on it for 5-6 hours at a time working and It need to be charged after that. During that time I am not doing anything else on the internet. Maybe this is normal battery life for a laptop.

It's not going to perform quantum physics for you, but if you're not a heavy computer user, this one works just fine. I use it for all my everyday stuff and it performs the way I expect it to.

Computer locked up after setup. Hard drive was full and malware was on the computer. I took it to two computer people to make sure it was not me that did something.
