Have used activia for a couple of years. The taste is not like sour milk but smooth and fruity. This 24 pack is good for at least a month.

I only bought this brand because my regular brand was out. Activia has an artificial sweetner taste that over powers the fruit

While the price was good the expiration date on the yogurt was rather limited. Only about 3 weeks which isn't much to consume a 24 pack of yogurt.

For me, Activia yogurt helps my stomach prepare for the day. I have a great day as long as I eat my Activia.
