got 20x25x4 and it is larger than 4in... why???? unable to use because of this.

We are happy with it. The filter we had been using was a little bigger and had to be crunched to make it fit. This one went in easily.

Does an excellent job of collecting dust. However, depending on your environment, don't expect more than a 60 to 90 day life.
