I have a whole house system and this filter is what fits the system. I have noticed that the dust in the house is way less than when I was using the metal filter that came with the system. I recommend Filtrete filters to all my family and friends.

I usually have used these in the past and recently purchased a different brand. I prefer these. They are better constructed and appear to better clear the air.

I purchased this based on the recommendation of my HVAC installer. The filter is TOO WIDE to fit in the AC. The 4 in filter is wider than the "same size" 1 in filter. Are there any narrower options as opposed to slim options i.e thinner.

I purchase the normally 3M 1000 'red color' wrapped filter that I used quarterly. I think it works wonderfully. It is the best product for me for my house, quality wise and price wise.

We live in the worse smog in the country, Bakersfield, CA and since they say the air is worse inside your house we buy better filters. No, complaints.
