Good sausage but I would like a turkey sausage substitute. Why are you not offering the more healthy choice of turkey smoke sausage.?

This is a very good sausage, but I'm not a fan of the casing. I peel the casings off when I cook with them.

Country Pleasing is my favorite! Always has such a great flavor. And I love that it's made not far from where I live in Mississippi.

I picked this version up in error. I was trying to purchase his original version. This is not to my taste.
