My K mini plus had quit working. The person that took care of getting me a replacement was wonderful. They stand by their products. I had a replacement with in two weeks. I love my k-mini just the right size for me.

It took me a couple of days to Get used to the new style. Great space saver. I’m still keeping my larger unit for when I have company. I’m a little disappointed that it’s all plastic not like my larger unit.

This is my 2nd replacement, I hope this last longer than the 1st two. I appreciated your prompt attention to the matter, however I'm hesitant to recommend the k-mini.. I really like it, just wish it would last longer .........

We purchased this for the RV, it's a space saver. Brews a good cup as you would expect from Keurig, but it does make a bit of noise. No matter, we're glad to have it to take on the road with us.

I love this machine because it uses all of the water you put into the machine during the brew. I was concerned about mold, etc. growing in the resevoir of the larger machines.

We always wanted a Keurig machine even though we are not coffee drinkers. It’s great for tea and hot chocolate as well. We love the free machine with auto ship purchase program.

This was a replacement. Took 3 times to finally get this. We asked for grey/black but received the red. Its fine for Christmas, but my color scheme called for the grey or black

So far we like it. It’s simple to figure out and fits perfect in our small kitchen. It is loud when it first starts up, heating the water, but it’s no big deal since it’s only a few seconds.

This coffee maker was fine in all respects but one .When I try to make a 6 oz cup, it takes the water in then shuts off. It will not brew a 6 oz. cup.

I love my K-Mini Plus. I like that each cup is made with fresh water, not some that has been sitting in the machine from earlier. Also, space saving design is great!
