Meh… not great. Only had mine about a month and it consistently spills water on the counter when it’s not running. Coffee is rarely hot just mild warm.

Got my first one year ago- it malfunctioned for some reason and Keurig was wonderful! They sent me a replacement right away in exchange for me sending my defective one for analysis. So far, life has been back to great!

I received this about 2 weeks ago. Love the coffee maker. Bought Green Mountain Breakfast Blend coffee deal from Kuerig/ Only concern is the pods seem strange because you have to really slam the cover to get it to pierce the pods.

Good machine but didn’t last very long! Called right away and they were more than happy to send out a replacement. Most companies are not willing to replace a product but this company didn’t hesitate.

I like having a choice of colors....the only con for this machine is it is so noisy when accepting the water for heating, other than that really like it.

Nice of them to replace my no longer functioning machine with new, no hassle at all. But I wish they could at least attempt to repair their products, seems like such a waste, more plastic into the landfill.

Got it a couple days ago and immediately used. Makes a perfect cup (4 to 12 oz.) each time. Very simple to use. Perfect for individuals who want a cup in 2 minutes!

After four months of use the coffee maker stopped working. The company has a few requirements for replacement and it required to a wait of a week for replacement to arrived

I really like this coffee maker. Love the size; fits perfectly on my counter. It's a little loud when pulling the water in, but otherwise makes a great cup of coffee.

It’s a nice device. It has delayed in dispensing the hot chocolate & I have to open & move the pod before it worked. It has happened twice since I have purchased it in August 2024.
