Bought for granddaughter to use at college. Quit working after a few months. Descaling wouldn't work because no brewing activity. Keurig shipped replacement as soon as broken unit was received. Bought replacement unit, not Keurig. Now have new Keurig in box, ready for non-Keurig unit to fail.

I got a great deal on this mini Keurig coffee maker. I don't have much counter foace do it's thr perfect size. Works great! I really wanted a red one, but they were sold out. It would be nice if the water reservoir was a little larger. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase!

Great coffee maker. Had an old Keurig with a reservoir, but I really only drink coffee on the weekends, so the single cup model was fine for me. Maybe it takes a little longer to make a cup of coffee than my previous model, but that isn’t a huge deal to me. Overall, very satisfied with my new Keurig.

I bought this K-Mini Plus machine to replace an older one that we had for many years. My husband and I travel a lot and we take our mini Keurig with us so that we can enjoy our coffee in the morning. This new K-Mini+ works beautifully and fits in our coffee travel carrier even better than our previous one. We also appreciate the 12oz option and the "stronger" button available. Great machine.

This is a decent lower priced keurig I got during the Walmart sale for $50. I think $50 is the most I would pay for it. You need to use a bottled water or something with a pouring spout to pour your water in each time. I tried to just dump a cup of water in from a mug and it spilled everywhere. It does take a few minutes to brew so be patient. It takes up to 2 min.

This is the second replacement! I believe that there’s a flaw in the design. I told this to the representative and asked for an upgrade to another model, he claimed that he could not do that, but I could call another department. I decided not to do that since I was on the phone for a while at this point. I guess I’ll have wait until this machine does the very same thing in about a year from now.

Mini Plus is the best option for me because I get to use my travel mug and it has the 12oz option. The machine is small and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Love the color as well. Additional plus: you have storage to keep all your k-cups! Keurig Mini Plus, where have you been all my life?! Thank you!

This is a coffeemaker with a very small footprint. It’s simple to get it up and running and couldn’t be easier to operate. Do *not* get worried if it doesn’t begin brewing immediately - there’s a 2 minute heat-up period after you’ve clicked the brew button. Just position your cup, and it will happen in 2 minutes. I had a problem with one I bought from another shop (online), couldn’t get a response from them, and Keurig patiently walked me through every possible scenario, then cheerfully replaced the unit for me when all tests had been done. They are delightful to work with. I bought a 2nd one for my grandson, because it’s a winner.

It was an easy transaction and I received my replacement Keurig in less than a week! Excellent excellent customer service. I have been a Keurig customer for several years and have tried many different coffee makers but none of them holds a candle to Keurig! Love how hot it gets my coffee. I am a very very very satisfied customer!

I just purchased the K-Mini Plus for my bedroom (don't judge me!) and I must say, so far I'm delighted. I had been thinking about putting a small coffee machine in my bedroom for quite some time because I am so often cold in the early am and in the late evening but I had read that the coffee that these machines makes is not piping hot (a must for me). I am delighted to find that it makes a really hot cup of coffee. There are so many varieties to choose from in K-Cups but I seriously wish you could customize a sample pack. I don't drink any off the sweet varieties or fancy stuff but I find its a major investment to get a small box of each variety only to find out I don't care for the brand. Customizing my variety pack would have me comping back to Keurig for my favs on a regular basis. 2 cups of a particular blend is enough for me to see if I like it, but it seems like no one makes a variety pack where a large portion of it isn't alot of sweetened ones. At this point I have invested almost as much in trying to get an idea what I like as the machine itself. All in all it seems I have made a great purchase in the machine itself. I do think the price difference from the Mini to the polis was a tad too much but hey ... nice color too. Very satisfies so far A++
