Worked great for a year. Now it wont make 2 consecutive cups, and when it does...the 2nd cups is barely warm.

I love it!!!

Why make us buy a new reusable filter?!

I don’t get it? Why not keep it so we can just use the same filter? Now I have to buy yet another product from you? I’m done with this brand.

Perfect for a single cup of coffee in the morning. Great size to fit on my little coffee cart in my kitchen. Only con is it is alittle loud.

Disappointed

I FREQUENTLY have to open & close the latch 5 times to get it to brew me a luke-warm cup of coffee. It's about a year old.
