This is my third K-mini Plus and a replacement for the second one. Both the first and second had strange problems after almost a year. I expect this one to work perfectly until about 10 months of its life with me. Very unfortunate because the size profile is perfect. They just have a short life span. Not worth having to replace every year.

This little coffee machine makes good coffee, easy to use but the color is very different. I thought it would be more like a med teal but it's not. Also the space between the coffee spout were coffee comes out and your cup below is further apart then shows on the box or pictures online. Just though that to be strainge. My other one cup machine went out so I replaced it with this little coffee machine. I'm sure in time I will just love it

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

I had to call them twice over a one month period to replace a defective device - apparently they were out of stock of the color requested, but after the second call, service was second to none! They came through in the end ... otherwise they would have received 5 stars!

I bought this several weeks ago to replace my single serving brewer in the RV. Very pleased with the coffee it makes. I also like the pod storage, cord storage, and the color. I do not like the face that the pod holder does not tilt to maker insertion/removal easier.

My K-Mini Plus is Keurig’s replacement for the K-Mini single cup without the removable water reserve. This coffee maker would leek water all over my counter every morning. I was so grateful for the upgrade. The Mini PLUS is a good brewer. You can fill the water from your tap, there is a strong button for a stronger cup of morning coffee. Thank You.

I finally was able to have the coffee I purchased from you. I am recently widowed and usually have only one or two cups a day. I purchased a box of Dunkin Donuts coffee, a box of Green Mountain Dark Roast and Breakfast Blend, and a box of Paul Newman. #1 was Dunkin, 2 was Breakfast Blend 3 was Paul Newman and the least favorite was the Dark Roast. When these get low I will reorder.

We bought this a month ago and so happy we did! Best coffee maker ever.. easy to use and makes coffee at least we think better than our large pot! Quick to make a single cup and simple to start a second cup!! Nice for when you only want one cup but you can make another cup right after the first!!

I bought this two weeks ago to replace our old Keurig Mini. I am not sure I like it as well. It takes time while you stand there and wait for the water to heat so you can hit the button again to make the coffee. I much prefer pushing the button once and getting coffee as the end result. If I had it to do over I think I would choose the old style.

I love this coffee maker! I'm a supervisor for a construction company and travel all over the United States. Most motels have a coffee maker but their choice of coffee sucks! With my new Kurig single cup, I wake up to the best of the best! It's small enough for me to bring it with me and doesn't take up much room on the motel lavatory. Too cool!
