First, I did receive this product complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own. I absolutely LOVE this new Keurig. Pulling it out of the box you can see that they completely redid the design and made it perfectly compact. It can literally fit anywhere in my kitchen. The holding area for K-cups is so convenient. I literally sold my last Keurig just because it was so bulky plus you had to have more counter-space taken up because you needed to store the cups somewhere. This takes away that hassle. And it still brews the perfect cup of coffee!!!

The way this one hears and stores water is weird. You fill it when you need it so if you don’t keep water around it’s not for you. There are no cup sizes or clear instructions so I never if or when I have successfully brewed the coffee. Ultimately it works.

Years ago, when I first used a Keurig, I wasn't impressed by the watery flavor or how much space the machine took up. My burgeoning coffee-snob self quickly moved onto French presses, vacuum brewing, and other fancy gadgets until I finally bought an espresso machine, which was all well and good except for how much of a pain it got get a simple cup of coffee in the mornings anytime I'm in a rush (so basically Monday through Friday). When I was sent the K-Mini Plus, I was instantly intrigued by the machine's small (and even aesthetically pleasing) profile and seeming ease-of-use; it's slim, with hidden storage for k-cups and even storage for the (kind of short) cord. The reservoir is designed to hold only enough water for one cup of coffee at a time (with delineation for a 6oz, 8oz, or 12oz cup), but I actually like this better because it's a breeze to put just enough water in the cup that I'm going to use and then pouring it into the tank right as I plug it in. The fact that it's smaller will probably also make it easier to clean. Now for the coffee itself...I was thoroughly impressed. Gone was the watery taste that I remembered, and the whole process was so quick that generally by the time I got back to the machine with milk and sugar, the coffee was already pouring into my cup. The "strong" option did make a slightly more fragrant cup, but it wasn't a huge difference. All in all, I'm really impressed with the machine and how easy it was to slip it into my hectic morning routine. I was sent this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes, but I know I'm going to be using it regularly whenever I want a really convenient cup of coffee.

I love my little Keurig! Aside from it being adorable and very aesthetically appealing, it works great! My coffee, tea and other hot beverages come out yummy and most importantly hot, every time! I would recommend this product for anyone who is wanting to make single cups of hot beverages, but probably not for a family or someone who needs more than 12oz

But... after only 6 weeks I’m having problems with it. It doesn’t want to draw the water into the machine. The light fades & flashes then turns off. If I keep opening & closing the lid it will eventully work but the coffee is cold! I had a big Keurig for 10+ years and I passed it on to my niece when I got this one. The old one is still working flawlessly. Soooo disappointed!!!

I had a compact Keurig for almost 7 years that worked great and finally but the dust. I decided to get the Keurig mini plus to save on a little more counter space. I've never been so disappointed in the performance of basic functions of an appliance I've purchased. Since I purchased it 4 months ago, I've had to fight with it on a weekly basis. It will with take up all the 10oz or so of water and not brew, or only take up 2oz at a time and it takes me fighting with it for ten minutes to get water to come out. I don't expect anything crazy fancy from it, it just needs to brew coffee at all on a consistent basis and I'd be happy, but it fails to do that. Extremely dissatisfied with this product and will likely not buy from Keurig again.

had two of these mini pluses (one replaced by Keurig themselves). Terrible thoughtless product! cannot believe they released therse without testing. Weak Warm coffee at best, when it decides to work at all. Never draws all water in to heat it. Main button only works occassionally. junk, junk, junk. !!!! cheap plastic, made in CHINA, grossly OVERPRICED!

I was SO excited to get this Keurig around Christmas time, it's the perfect size, looks sleek, and I live alone so one cup at a time is all I need. It worked great for about 3 months, then it stopped working one day out of nowhere. I would pour in water, put in a k-cup and nothing would happen, it was like the machine was dead. So needless to say, I exchanged it for another one. Second one was working just fine for about 2 months, and now this one too has stopped working! It keeps making the "brewing" noise but no coffee is actually coming out. 2 of these in less than 1 year and i can definitely say less than 100 cups of coffee total between the 2 and yet still, they have both stopped working. Ridiculous, do not purchase this. I wish I had instead picked up a cheap coffee maker with a pot, at least I could enjoy coffee in the morning.

I purchased my first mini brewer (K15) in Aug 2012. It worked well for almost four years with 2 users. It was replaced in Nov 2016 when the top broke off. Our second mini performed well without incident approximately, again, 4 years. In Dec 2020 I purchased my last SLIM mini brewer and have been having trouble with it for a more than six months. It inconsistently works; it resumes working after different "fixes" but does NOT last. I clean it according to the directions provided by Keurig. It works maybe a day or two. I unplug it and plug it back it, it works for a couple of cups. I add more water and sometimes that works, but then water overflows in the mug and fills the tray. I have even just said the "___" with it and walked away and then 20 minutes later it starts brewing. This unit has lasted less than 2 years and is only used by one person - me. My adult children actually brought me a larger version keurig but I prefer the mini as the water is fresh each time and takes us minimal space on my kitchen counter. In addition, I am constantly having to remove water from the slot where the removable water tray is located. I thought this was a singular problem with my brewer only, but then I read so many reviews similar to mine. There seems to be problems in the design of the newer models.

I got this for my home because both my husband and I don't drink coffee, but we wanted to be able to offer people some when they come over. This is perfect because it does not take up alot of room but makes a great cup! I also bought the tea and hot chocolate pods and those are great as well! Because of it's size you do have to fill the water pretty much every time you make a cup. It was a pretty good price.
