2 down in 2 months

You would think after so many bad reviews, they would recall them. But I've gone through 2 and don't know if I just want to give up on Keurig all together. This machine will hold all the water in and brew nothing. Too many wasted cups to put anymore effort in.

Love my K-Mini Plus

I love this keurig, it is so small and sleek! It has storage space to hold your kcups when you aren’t using the machine, and takes up barely any room on your counter. I really can’t decide if I want to keep this at home or take it to work and use it for a midday pick me up! The brew quality was very nice and I can’t wait to try out other coffee flavors/brands. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own.

Another one that doesn’t work!

I bought my Keurig about a month ago and just like the last three, this one already doesn’t work properly. When I hit the button to begin to brew the coffee it sucks in a little bit of the water (not all of it) and then does not brew. Sometimes it will suck in part of the water, and then continue it’s usual process and then suck in the rest of the water at the end and then the coffee comes out cold. I have had constant problems with every Keurig I have ever bought!

I love this coffee maker. My husband likes to have a cup of coffee before he leaves for work in the morning, and before I bought this he drank *gasp* instant coffee. Now he can just press a couple of buttons in the morning and have a fresh cup of coffee before he runs out the door and we both love this machine.

We needed a quick, simple solution for making coffee. While we have a Nespresso, we didn't want to shell out big bucks on another coffee marker so this single-serve option has a great fit for us. Plus, it easily fits on a countertop due to it's slim design.

Not happy

First time I used this, I had to call on this. Never know how much coffee I will get. Sometimes even half of cup. The coffee is usually just warm. Sometimes I have to press the bottom again cause it just turns off. One month later I called to send it back. In the month I had this not once did I get a good cup of coffee. My old keurig works great. Saw this model and had to have it. Big mistake. Horrible coffee, loud, and takes much longer. Hopefully my replacement will be much better.

Don't waste your money

My daughter bought this for me. It has a nice appearance and the coffee tastes good. However, after 5 days the coffee maker stopped working. The "descale" button was flashing. I thought this was strange after only 5 days, but since my daughter bought it for me I thought I would try to make it work. So, I ordered the descaling fluid and followed the directions and...lo and behold...nothing happened. This coffee maker is no good!

Does not work well after a few months

I bought this a few months ago, and immediately had problems. I called customer service and they took me through a series of steps which did fix the problem, but now the machine is acting strangely again, but in a different way. Coffee brews too quickly, and is not hot enough. I dont really want a replacement because I think this model needs to go back to the drawing board!

Perfect coffee and love the compact size

I’ve been using this Keurig for about three weeks now and love it! I received it complimentary for my honest opinions, but I would spend the money on it. Hands down it’s the best coffee maker I’ve owned and the size is great for apartment living. It’s the perfect compact size for my already stuffed countertops and I love that the water doesn’t just sit in there because you add it every time, so you control the cup size by how much water you add. I also love I still can choose how hot it brews and how strong, so if I need it stronger I can have it stronger. The k-cup storage is incredibly nice as well since it tucks away into the Keurig saving counter space that way as well. Overall, I think this is a great product and definitely worth having, especially if you need the counter space but still want a good brew of coffee.

Such a disappointment

Ordered July 2021 and it started having issues brewing within 6 months. It would suck the water from the reservoir but shut off before brewing. Called customer service and received a replacement. Had same issue with replacement within 3 months. This was my 1st keurig and will undoubtedly be my last. I really wanted to love it, but I'll be going back to my old reliable coffee maker that I've had for 20 years.
