Simple and Effective

This keurig is the perfect size for an apartment or house with not much counter space. It’s slim and sleek looking. It’s just as effective as every other keurig I’ve had. The compartment to hold k cups is perfect! I highly recommend. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, and all opinions are my own.

Most Disappointing Keurig Ever

We are loyal Keurig customers over the past 20 years, but we have had two of this model (K-mini Plus) in the past 6 months. Both leaked from the bottom of the brewer. Keurig Customer Service was amazing to replace the first one, even though we purchased through another vendor. When the replacement had the same issue, we asked for the K-Mini, hoping this will be better, as the simpler model.

I love my new Keurig. It works great and is easy to use. My only wish is that the water tank was just a little bigger. I usually carry a travel mug and it doesn't hold enough water to fill it up. Other than that, it's a great purchase! [product:keurig-k-mini-plustm-single-serve-coffee-maker]

Bought as a gift for a college student. Perfect size for the dorm. Doesn't take up much room. Doesn't hold a bounce if extra water to go stale. Perfect for a single person or home that only one person drinks coffee. My daughter said her friends all want one.

cheap chinese junk

had two of these mini pluses (one replaced by Keurig themselves). Terrible thoughtless product! cannot believe they released therse without testing. Weak Warm coffee at best, when it decides to work at all. Never draws all water in to heat it. Main button only works occassionally. junk, junk, junk. !!!! cheap plastic, made in CHINA, grossly OVERPRICED!

Second disappointing keurig

This was sent by merit to replace afau!th keyring compact.it is not compact and I The reservoir hole only enough for a12oz cup max.The one I originally purchased had reservoir for30 oz. The footprint is far bigger than B D single or other singles.!just inconvenient design.skip this one and probably any keurig.

The first months of having the coffee maker it worked fine & served quickly. Now it takes a little big longer to serve. Also I hate that when you plug it in you have to open the handle up and close it so you can brew. Why can’t you just start brewing immediately after plugging in the coffee maker. Operation is weird.

Only downside is quality, which ruins the product

Bought it Oct-20, great design, fit, functionality. Just a bit pricy but worth it for a quality machine right? Within 6 months the lights stopped working, so there was no way to know if it's on, off, heating, brewing etc. Fine, I could understand it well enough from the sound and actions it's performing. Within 12 months it can't finish a cup in one go. Either it doesn't suck in the water, or it dies immediately after the water is in the heating body. Then I have to restart it through a combination of; Open/close handle Press on/off button for 3 seconds Unplug/plug powerchord BUT since there's no working lights I can't tell if it started heating or not, so now I'm pressing my ear against the side of the machine to listen for the heaters starting up. The reason I bought this machine was for quick and automated coffee, but now I'm spending half of my morning just to get it to work. Conveniently the damage starting getting critical only after the warranty was up so Keurig won't do much about it. It's a shame because I like the product otherwise, but next time I buy a coffemaker I'll expect it to work for more than a year..

Hit or miss

When I use the coffee maker it does not always engage. It is supposed to turn on when you close it with a pod. It does not turn on every time. I have to fiddle with it. If I wasn’t past my return time, I would return it. I have owned 1 other exact same model different color in a second home, it works fine.

Small and easy to move/store for easiest flexibility. I don't like having my coffee maker out all day and this is an easy one to pop into a cabinet. After about a year and a half, mine is starting to sometimes have a hard time getting started, but it warms up if I give it a little time to get going. Pretty good lasting power when I use it most days, sometimes more than once. My biggest issue is that the normal reusable K cups don't fit in it, so I have had to find compostable K cups and spend a bit more than I was used to.
