I bought these yesterday and prepared one today. I cooked on medium in my nonstick fry pan. I added a slice of onion and instead of a bun I used my bakery rye bread with a touch of mustard, arugula and tomatoes. Delicious! If you are concerned about weight, these are far less fat and calories than a similar sized beef burger. For me, it is health and taste. Since I had covid two years ago, my taste for beef has been inconsistent.

I received a reimbursement for this product to leave an honest review. I have tried the Chicken Burgers by Amylu several times, The Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese variety is very good. I like the taste and convenience of preparing in the microwave when time is short. The only slight negative is that the cheese melts out of the burger and sticks to the pan I am cooking it in. The other variety that I have tried by Amylu ( Asiago Cheese and Mushroom) is excellent also and does not seem to have the cheese melt issue. If you need a quick protein packed, flavorful, healthy option in a burger, I would give them a try.

I am surprised by those who didn't like these chicken burgers. It's the first sampler treat at store that I was sold on after tasting. I'm a farm gal who likes her Angus burgers but I have to say these were delicious. I see Amylu has different flavors and look forward to trying others. I used air fryer for quick prep and couldn't recommend more!! Price for ten was great and I froze what I wouldn't eat right away .

We both loved these burgers and one patty was perfectly satisfying, so I don't understand some reviewers griping about sodium content. 38% is fine if it's your primary entree sodium intake for the day. We were ready to reorder, so we're disappointed to find Sam's Club no longer carries them.

There are 2 chicken burgers sealed together in a pack, so you don't have to thaw the whole box to get just one burger. Also, the heating time is short, so it's a quick meal when you need something fast. They are very moist. Even when heating in the microwave, they come out moist. You get lots of great flavor from the cheese, spices, and garlic. My only problem is they are way too salty. If less salt was used, I would definitely purchase them often. I can't get past the salty taste, but if you love salty food, this is for you.

I cooked mine in a frying pan with some vegetable oi, so the char on it was nice & crispy. The cheese to meat ratio was just right in my opinion. Definitely would purchase again in the future.

They are not good

I previously bought a bunch of the Amylu sausages when they were in stock. I was excited to see this brand in the store again. My husband and I absolutely LOVE these!! Thank you for the healthy option!!

Excellent chicken burger!! Lots of flavor! I love this brands sausage and now their burgers. I'm not big on beef burgers so I have tried every substitute out there and absolutely love these! I usually caramelize onions to go on top:)
