I was skeptical about this fan actually working as well as it does, and I am pleasantly surprised! This is very easy to install. The adjustable light and fan speed are very handy depending on how bright and how much airflow you need. The remote control is nice to have, so you don't have to pull any chains to adjust the settings! It’s very sturdy feeling, no wobbling, and it moves a lot of air. I have it near the shower because the house I live in doesn't have an exhaust fan close to the shower, and the walls always get steamy. Now, the walls are steam free due to this handy ceiling fan light combo. I don't have to worry about damp walls because this keeps the moisture away. Bonus, extra light in the shower area! My shower also isn't the most well lit. Since this has extension poles, the light is closer and a lot brighter than the recessed lighting it replaced (I have high ceilings). If you need a fan somewhere and have a light socket in your ceiling, I would definitely recommend this product.
