Purchased this as a gift for my husband. He has an 2019 iPad. The SLX software and the eConnect software would not recognize the swing stick on his iPad. We could NOT find a support number to call SwingLogic. Only option was to submit a trouble ticket. Well, their app for submission has the "submit" button greyed out. Typed in all our info and not able to log a support ticket. Check the quality of a service team prior to purchasing. It turns out we had to purchase a brand new 10th generation iPad for $600 in order for the SLX to connect to the iPad. If you are not running the LATEST iPad, then you will need to buy one for this to work. Also, if you want it to cast onto a TV or larger screen, then you will have to purchase an Apple TV to cast it to. I cannot cast from an iPad to a Samsung or LG TV as Apple and those TV's are not compatible. So, really think how you intend to use this or it may cost you a TON of money in additional hardware purchases just to play with the darn thing. Oh, and TERRIBLE support. Still can't get anyone.
