Shipping joke!

Part 2 Update: I tried to cancel this Order. Still 2 weeks out. They won’t cancel. I must receive the item. Then pay to ship it back for a refund. (Even thought they have not processed my order, I can not change or cancel this order) Part1: Giving it a 2 because of shipping as of right now. Haven’t received the product yet. According to my info this takes 3 WEEKS for delivery!
