The second largest canister was broken. Too difficult for me to return items due to disability

They are not white, they are a cream color. The lids seal poorly onto the container.

Nice set if one didn't come broken. The online return process doesn't allow for unusable items and how to "return" as it was dangerous to dispose of and certainly shouldn't be shipped back in shards. I would have liked to be able to choose "arrived broken" and either been sent a new set or a partial refund. Instead, I tossed the broken jar, am using the rest and will be less likely to buy fragile items from Sam's again. LESSON LEARNED.

High hopes. Once i opened the exterior box that was in perfect shape, I was greeted with the destroyed box that a worker at Sam's warehouse felt was aplropriate to go ahead and ship. Yes, cracked chipped canister and lids that dont seal anyway. Prompt refund, never an issue with them standing by their things when damaged. However, do not think they are airtight...mine can be moved about side to side and zero seal. On the undamaged canisters as well.
