Why dont they make this in a 225/50/18 I just got a 2017 subaru legacy 3.6R Limited and they made the pilot sport a/s 3's in that size in a W speed rating, I'm looking for new tires to improve the ride and handling and everything about my car, but why should I go with a michelin if I have to settle for the old technology in the a/s 3? The a/s 4 is the newer successor with more and better technology, I got a subaru with all wheel drive so I can run a sportier tire all year long with my geographic area with occasional snow, I might just have to settle for an all season tire without a sport focus, which I dont want to do, I want an all season with a sport focus, but why should I go with an a/s 3 when there is a newer tire in the a/s 4? The answer to that is because unfortunately the a/s 4 is not available in my size, and I don't want to go with a nonfactory size either, troubling matter for a loyal michelin fan like myself, just wondering if their are plans at all to bring the a/s 4 to the market in more sizes at all? If so, i'd be interested in possibly getting some, have not actually bought the product, my ratings are just based off of my experience with michelin products in general, which have been pretty good, really honestly interested in either the cross climate 2 in the 225/50/18 in a v speed rating or higher or the a/s 4 in a w speed rating or higher, I have no use for the cross climate suv tire in my size which is designed with too high of a load rating for my sedan which would ultimately only result in an unnecessarily harsh ride since my vehicle is somewhat lighter weight, not much tire support for my vehicle in this size from michelin unfortunately, at least no tire support in the tire models that I want :(

I switched from PS 4 to PS All Season 4 for my 2015 Mustang (not staggered). Great tires? Yes. Very comfortable, with good performance. Before buying I had read that the AS version gives up little in dry performance - of that had been very true I would give a 5/5 testing. The compromise in all out traction is greater than I expected. But great tires that I would recommend? Definitely and I have no regret stepping down from hard core performance (the PS4 is amazing!) for more comfort and safety in lower temperatures and even light snow. Lower noise. Either tire is a great choice.

I live in NJ and put these on my car in October. Debated getting winter tires but wasn't sure if I needed something that extreme. Replaced the stock pilot sport 4S (also a great tire) to get ready for cold, wet, and sometimes snowy roads here in northern NJ. Have 3500 miles on them currently and couldn't be happier. Very confidence inspiring tires in the extreme cold and wet or dusting of snow and are capable in a few inches of snow on the road. MPG is down 1-2 miles and I haven't noticed the road noise that some people mention. Very happy so far.

I have purchased two separate sets of All Season 4 Tires for two of my higher performance vehicles. Being Audi's they are AWD and quite heavy, these cars are known for understeer and when pushed hard you can feel the car push. Softer walled tires really feel floaty on the road in aggressive driving. Not only do these tires perform exceptionally well in regards to grip (accelerating and decelerating) their lateral grip is most impressive. These tires allow my cars to handle like they are on rails, regardless of the temperature. Being AA for traction and A for temperature they do exceptionally well when dedicated summer tires become hard and dangerous.

Great tires on the GR Corolla, I would love to try the CrossClimate2 next. This has been great on the Florida roads, trails and even in the harsh conditions as well. People that are experiencing wear on these tires need to get their alignment checked up before mounting these tires on, my tires still look brand new after getting an alignment during the new installment. Will purchase again unless Michelin man sponsors me with a new set hehe

Had continental DWS-06 on my wrx and switched to Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4. Didn’t expect much and boy was I wrong! On ramps and corners are like being on rails! I literally can go so much faster around corners and no give, no noise, these tires never miss a beat! These are better than the Pilot Super Sport that I have on my BMW, and these are suitable for year round performance. I was considering several options and brands, but in the end I relied on my past experiences with Michelin and went with these. So glad I did, I’m never looking back. Love the look of these and love how they perform. Now I can see why they’re OE on the C8 vette amazing product Michelin, thanks for living up to your reputation (again!)

Terrible quality control. Michelin supplied 2 additional replacement sets and all 3 sets produced a vibration. Tires seen bouncing on the balancer and unacceptably high road force. 26lbs is WAY too much tolerance!!! 10 lbs is felt on low profile tires. No longer a market leader in quality.

Significantly louder than the HX MXM4's they replaced. Noise starts right at 40mph and gets significantly louder at highway speeds. Likely going to swap them out for another brand as this is the only Michelin tire that fits 245/50/R17. Tire handles great but I just can't deal with the noise.

Bought these tires about a year ago and have no complaints at all!! They're much grippier than my old tires and are whisper quiet. Unfortunately, my MPG has taken a slight hit, but that's a small price to pay for much more confident braking and handling.

I am 60 yrs old and my wife is 67 yrs old. We bought a set of these tires 2 yrs ago for our Audi A7 and have 30,000 miles on them. They are already worn out to the red replacement stage. These tires are such a disappointment. I have always tried to buy Michelin but will be looking elsewhere now.
