Works as expected

Great quality

We currently have these in a few cabinets because we bought them in the store when we found them. They work perfect. We use them for pots and pans. However, we ordered some online and 10 out of 10 came broken so far. We only need 5 so we did 1 order and returned them because the bearings were out of place or the frames were bent. We did a second order and had the same problem. The boxes even say they were from Sam's Club return. So they are knowingly sending out broken items to people from the return warehouse. TL;DR - Don't buy them online they come broken. In-store seems okay, if you can find them.

We ordered these for the kitchen and they came right away. They are well made and make it so easy to reach things in the lower cabinets. I just wish they came in wider and deeper sizes. I would have bought more if they had. Thank you for offering these.

This is not the same product as the picture on the box, the box says rated for 50 lbs and has soIid sides to the bracket. The item from Sam's is rated for 30 lbs and has holes in the bracket. It also appears to be a returned open box item and there are black ball bearing pieces that are loose in the box, and I'm not sure where they are supposed to go. The price is good, they seem solid, but there is something weird about this product, my spidey senses are tingling.

I am trying to install the drawer, and the instructions say to drill pilot holes, but does not specify the size of drill bit to use. This is being mounted into the particle board bottom shelf. Consequently, I do not want to drill a hole that is too small and risk the screw damaging the particle board or being too loose and pulling out. I called Seville's support and they could NOT recommend what size drill bit to use. Further, they said not to tap the holes because the screws are "pointed". I was told that if I use a drill to "drill it one inch" but no other specifications. The screws are maybe a half an inch long. Otherwise, the product seems to be good, but seems like one has to install at his/her own risk. Smooth glide and very functional.

I'm pleased with this purchase as it fits exactly some of my kitchen cupboards and my husband indicated it was easy to install.

......what i really need is the 22 1/8 depth as well the 14.5 wide. you will make a lot of money - 17. 5 leaves 5 'inches in the back of the shelf
