I ordered five of these for a tall deep cabinet in my kitchen. They are a great idea. However, three of the five I ordered are very difficult to pull out. They work on ball-bearings, but for some reason stick. The idea is fantastic, but the actual product needs some work.

The Bottom brackets were bent making one side lower. I had to shim the whole thing 1/2 inch to clear cabinet edge. It doesn't slide easily.

The drawer is very tight to pull. Disappointed in quality of the material. Easy to install. Prompt delivery.

The tracks were not very straight and parallel making it difficult to reinstall the drawer once removed. It took a lot of jiggling to get it together. Then the slides were “sticky”. Fortunately they are in an application that gets light use.

This is just what I needed. No more standing on my head to see what is in the bottom cabinet. I liked it soo much, I bought four more for the rest of my bottom cabinets. Easy to install. My husband had all four installed in 45 minutes.

Keeps things orgainized and give easy access to thing stored in the back of the cabinet. I've installed six double stacks and 8 singles over the past year.

I really like these roll out shelves. They make deep cabinets usable without having to take out everything to see what is in the back. The drawers are well made and roll smoothly. I love them!

The organizers were smaller than we had thought. (We had bought two at another time from another source that we loved that filled the whole shelf. Foolishly, we did not measure these. In addition, they do not slide easily at all. We even ride putting on WD40 to make them slide easier. It didn't help. We brought back one of the three for a refund. We could not get the others out because a screw was stripped. We are sorry we bought these.

If you have never had slides in your kitchen you are really missing how great they are. No more on your head trying to see in the back, no more looking for that one item or box end up pulling the items in front out and then you have to put them all away. You just spent 20 mins that took me 1 min with the slides.

Disappointed with this item, I purchased 6 of them when I installed the first one I tried pulling on it and it was really hard I pulled on it with both hands and it was still hard. I installed the second one thinking the first one was damaged but it was also really hard to pull out. I will be returning all 6 of them
