It does not come with the latest iPadOS update, and it does not automatically do that, so a person has to manually do that on their own. The setup instructions, what a joke, how can a person read those instructions? They are so small, I have to have a magnifying glass, because even my phone can't zoom in that close. There is no way to set up facial recognition to sign in either. It's either a code or a fingerprint on the on/off switch. An on-screen keyboard does NOT come up to type anything and there are no instructions on how to get that to happen, you have to dig and dig for how to set that up, as it is not clear in the settings. Even when you do get it set up, it is difficult to use, and the slide-to-type is gone as well. It's almost like they want you to buy the ridiculously expensive external keyboard as well. I have continuously owned an iPad since the beginning, and this is by far the most complicated one. Apple should also change the products to make their iPad have the ability to update/upgrade for a longer time period, and more than just a few years, because of the impact to the environment. So many electronics in the landfill, that is so unnecessary and harmful.

I got this for my son for his bday gift. He absolutely loves it. I like that Apple allows parents to set restrictions. Where if he wants to download an app; it needs my permission. I am able to limit screen time and limit other stuff. The product is not too thin nor thick. please note, we have not used the camera. so i can not say if i like it or not.

This is another great Apple product for those of us that don’t require everything on the IPad Pro series. It’s very fast, easy to use, long lasting battery life and ENJOYABLE! Great purchase at a great price and delivered by Walmart within a day and 1/2. Very pleased with everything about it and recommend this iPad to everyone.

This iPad has everything I need and more! I love everything about it! It may not have the traditional home button, but all you have to do is swipe from the bottom and you are home. It seems to be a lot safer and more secure than my old iPad and I can get any apps I need and want. I love the big screen. Probably the only things that are frustrating are that the Touch ID is very sensitive and the battery runs out quickly. Other than what I mentioned I really like this iPad and I would highly recommend it for anyone!!!

I had ordered a less expensive tablet, and it was so slow that I just had to return it. This iPad looks great and is really fast for what I need it for. Can't really go wrong with Apple. Battery life is exceptional! Just wish I could add a micro sd card.

Beautiful new condition, battery health amazing. It took a bit of time to get used to. I still often find myself looking the mouse touch pad, thinking it’s my laptop. It’s great, I even got one for my mom so she can keep her family photos on it. Great for fast gaming apps. I got it a case and now it’s safer than ever. It’s also convenient for taking notes in a fun way so great for students although the function with the Apple Pencil takes a bit to get. Great IPad!

4 stars bc I'm an Android guy and pretty much hate Apple. Bought it for a kid so she can connect w her friends on iMessage. It's a fine tablet, the parental controls are cumbersome and a real let down when compared to Android parental controls, as well as Microsoft's. It really sucks that Apple doesn't have a parental control app. Not even on iOS. All parental controls are done in settings. That's a terrible implementation. Especially when Mom and Dad don't have iOS devices.
