I've owned almost every Aftershokz wireless product (excluding xtrainer and opencomms) as well as several other products over the years. Aftershokz started getting Good when they came out with the Air (sound and comfort balance). The Aeropex is the best for real outdoors/sports (extreme) people but the Open-Air/Openmove is the most comfortable and what I have recommended for many people. The Bluetooth works well on this product; both range and quality. I've had few people complain about the mic quality. The sound quality is good but if your an audiophile the sound will not be good enough (fact of life with bone conduction). In the two years now I've had this model I've done two RMAs. The first was due to an electronics failure (unit stopped functioning). The second was just recently and due to the right side speaker coming loose in the pod/unit it is contained in, this caused a rattling/crackling noise. I've worked with support multiple times over the years and they do stand behind their products. I do recommend them to people and do have confidence if there is an issue Aftershokz will take care of their customers. Understanding all this I do recommend the (now) Openrun and (now) Openmove to people that I feel bone conduction is a good fit for.

My first pair of Shokz broke within the rubber sleeve and I had to order a new pair. The new pair does NOT have the same sound. The new pair has a very high pitch sound without base. I primarily use them for phone calls, not music but they just don't sound good. I was unable to get the product registered within the app on my phone to attempt to adjust the quality of the sound. I'm really bummer. I liked my old pair very much but not the openrun that I was lead to this time.

Not quite true, actually, but it was a major selling point. My stepson showed us his Open Run headphones and I was shocked by how good the sound was. That they did not stick in my ears or have large pads was a huge plus. I get 1-2 days of use out of them at work between meetings, taking calls, and listening to YouTube. Their range is good enough I can walk to the other side of my home (smallish condo) or to a printer well away from my desk without any dropping or loss of integrity. They are perfect if you can't have anything in your ears, ear buds never stay, or over the ear style headphones are uncomfortable. And I do love that I can maintain my situational awareness well 😉

All earbuds and over-ear headphones are pretty uncomfortable for me. These have been very comfortable. The sound is good, sounds a bit like I'm underwater when I have earplugs in to sleep, but it's easier to hear than normal headphones with earplugs in. My only issue is that the sound has briefly cut out a few times, but it has come right back each time so far.

Comfortable, sounds great, the ease of wearing without plugs inside of your ears and no irritation. Very easy to setup and BOOM your ready to go, listening to your favorite music, pod cast, audio book or the radio, let it take you away. Even comfortable snapping/sleeping in

Bought this cause I lost my original but I’m glad I did. The usb-c charging is much more convenient, and the mini size fits better than my last one (also mini size) I use these because I lost my eardrum on one side but I also like to have an open ear (for work) so it’s safer than having one earbud in my good ear

I was trying to pick her ear piece that would not pick up background noise well these picks up background noise and a lot of times I can be talking and it goes back to my phone so I don't know if I was spend that kind of money on another pair of not but if you're looking for something for videos music podcast and stuff like that they're great I have mine because I drive trucks everyday and I needed a good headset that's not it

In my time I have tried pretty much every headphone and earbud in existence to use while moving, running, and working out. I first discovered the brand in a online forum discussing all the issues with running and listening to music. I bought myself the OG that day, the Titanium. I used and loved those bad boys for years. When they finally broke, thanks to my dog, I got some OpenRuns. I am blown away by how these have improved! So light, even better sound, and comfortable enough to wear all day. Being able to hear my music well AND hear approaching cars while running and approaching coworkers when at my desk is the greatest thing ever.

I'm very glad that I bought my Shokz. They are extremely comfortable to wear (sometimes I forget I have them on) and sound amazing. The Shokz are also great for hands free calls while driving as they still make it possible to hear sounds from traffic around you. I have other (conventional) headphones but I find that now I wear my Aftershokz the most. The headphones I have were a little spendy compared to what I normally would shop for but after having them on for a while now....I feel that it was well worth the money. ThanQ Shokz.

This is my second pair however I got the mini size this time and now I get the hype. They are perfection. Can’t feel them at all. They get super sweaty in hot Florida runs without a problem. Sound is perfect. Buttons are easy and love how it tells me battery level every time (it’s always high-they never need a charge).
