This is my second set. The control switch on my first pair went bad after a year. The sound quality is excellent, battery life is excellent. I was dismayed by the excessive packaging, I don’t see a need for an extra shipping box and filler. The retail package is stupid in its excesses. It should provide more than adequate protection in the hands of the USPS. I bought direct rather than giving Bezos your money. It was a long lag in shipping, and no savings on my side.

I definitely like the improved magnetic charging attachment. This is my third set of Shokz headphones and my only complaint is that Aubrey, who greets us when we power on and off, is not as loud as on my previous versions and wish I could hear her better. Contacted Skokz and they said this volume cannot be changed. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

So happy to have a choice besides ear buds which were always falling out of my small ear canals. Will also be great this summer when it is hot not to have anything in my ears on my walks. I like being able to hear environmental sounds and to have a conversation if I meet someone along the way without having to remove buds. Operation and charging are much simpler than with my previous ear buds. Red light to blue is very quick. Excellent solution for better listening while exercise walking.

I like the Shokz for the quality of sound. However, I ordered the mini because the regular is just too big. So is the mini. It sticks out from the back of my neck a couple of inches so if I am talking on my phone I cannot lean back in my chair. Please make them a little smaller or adjustable. My also ordered a new regular one for my husband. (He ran over his with an excavator) He said it does not fit as well as his prior Shokz.

I do like them and the ease of how they fit. However, there seems to be a connectivity issue. When I listen to Apple Music there is a constant skip. I use them with Sirius XM and it seems fine 95% of time. I do keep the headphones within 5 feet of my phone, so the range isn't that far. Otherwise, they seem great in the sound and feel

I was really excited for these headphones since my chronis ear infections cause issues with in ear headphones. Unfortunately, you can hear the music if you stand within a few feet of the person wearing it. Also the skip and go back features only work with specific streaming apps. These are the first headphones where I ran into this issue with not being able to use the skip feature. Customer service confirmed that it's only for certain streaming apps.

This is the second set of Shokz that I have owned, depending on how you count. My first two lasted about six months each before the silicon became separated. Shokz replaced both sets under warranty in less than a week. After the second issue, Shokz upgraded my headphones. The open-ear listening allows to listen to music/podcasts, use the phone, etc, whilst going about my day without blocking out people and other sounds around me. It also enhances my safety when I'm outside. They are lightweight, and I wear them several hours every day without discomfort. When I lost my most recent pair of Shokz, I ordered a replacement (another upgrade) within two days, and had them in less than a week. The only drawback is that the OpenRun uses a proprietary magnetic charging cable. I think that this is to push it into the IP67 Waterproof category (though not intended for swimming). I contacted customer support to inquire about ordering additional cables, and within an hour they sent me the link. Phenomenal customer support for a great product. One of the best companies that I have dealt with. Their support really contributes to this great review.

Battery life is fantastic and I know ads always put out there that their headphones are so light you can’t even feel them. But with these headphones I actually forget I’m wearing them if my music isn’t playing. As far as sound quality not the greatest in comparison to other on earth headphones but can’t complain since I can still hear what’s going on around me. I bought the mini pair of headphones as the others were way to big and left a gap around the back of my head. The mini ones have a much less of a gap but I wouldn’t say they are “the perfect fit”. Overall I give these headphones an 8 out of 10 for overall quality

Sent these as a birthday gift - the mini's are a perfect for smaller females, love the open ear style (do not find anything in my ears comfortable) - great sound quality, comfortable to wear, long lasting battery. Love that they can be connected to my phone AND computer at the same time!

The perfect headphones. Fit comfortably and don't fall off or hurt your ears. The sound quality is more than what I could have asked for. You can put it low and hear everything around you perfectly or loud enough to tune everything out. Charge lasts longer than specified when I purchased it.
