Good product

This is a good wireless headset. Audio is good. Bass not the greatest but the rest sounds very clear. For phone calls, I hear clearly and the person on the other end say they hear me clearly. Buttons are easy to use. I haven’t drained the battery all the way down but it seems to last awhile. I would definitely recommend for every day use.

I have contemplated returning, not what I expctd.

I had high hopes for this but the sound is at time a mere whisper in my ear despite sound being at maximum. I dont feel like they are effective at the purpose at all. I can hear very well if I put them IN MY EAR...which is what you are not supposed to do...but Im extremely disappointed in the sound volume with these. They are very comfortable on my head, ears...they just dont work well. I could have gotten the same volume from a $9.99 pair of earbuds from dollar general and saved myself quite a bit of money. disappointing.

I love this product !!!

I love this product. I have many headphones from Bose, Sony, Samsung, Apple, and others. My personal take on the matter is a discovery that a chosen headphone is one that will actually be used. If I have a headphone that is perfect at 100, I put the music on these around 90, for calls and speaker microphone at 110, and actually used all the time at 500. The earmuff headphones may be good but too bulky and you need a case to carry. I cannot stand headphones in my ears although I have them and that is just something I won't actually use often regardless of quality. The Shokz, I actually use all the time because these are small, great quality, don't fall off, and I actually forget I am wearing them, and there is nothing inside my ear all the while having situational awareness of my surroundings. Therefore, without a doubt, I think these are the best headphones to have because I actually use them all the time from listening to music on occasion but more importantly to make phone calls. Fantastic product. I am very pleased to have gotten these.

Best of its kind!

Love them..after buying elsewhere and returning several sets due to poor quality, I found these. They work great for answering the phone as well as listening to music etc. They also are not noise canceling so I can still hear things going on around me. So happy with this purchase

Shokz finally figures out how to make a headset

These are THEE best head phones I've ever used. Better than Apple air pod pros that have to sit in your ears, better than sets that cover your ears. So unobtrusive, you're barely aware that they're on as they rest just in front of your ear. My friend who uses hearing aids enjoyed them with no problems. They're an amazing product.

Great for my insomnia

I've been using the regular jawbone earphones for years, and they're great, but these with a smaller neck loop are much better. First, they maintained their great quality, then improved the charging connection and made it possible to lie down without the pillow pushing up on the neck loop, great for my insomnia, the music let's me break my runaway thoughts to fall asleep.

Must-have for runners or hikers.

I have bought these twice and only because I lost my first pair after having these for a couple of years. These are great for running or any tasks where you want to listen to something without blocking out all the noises around you. They charge easily and keep a charge. They handle sweat beautifully and stay in place. You don’t have to keep adjusting them or worry about them falling out of your ears.

Great for outdoor activities

I have been quite pleased with the sound quality given that my ears don't do the hearing. The "speakers" create vibrations on your temples to create the hearing effect. Excellent for bike riding, hiking, paddleboarding because my ears are not plugged and I am aware of the environment while listening to music or podcasts. I haven't gone swimming with them yet, but look forward to trying. I sweat a little more with them and there's mild discomfort after wearing them for several hours, but am still very happy to have stumbled on these at Sam's.

Safe Audio Headphones

The Shokz OpenRun Open-Ear Endurance Bluetooth Headphones are an excellent pair of headphones that allow you to hear your surroundings. They are ideal for running on the road, enabling you to hear approaching vehicles, and have even come in handy for a father dealing with a crying baby. The headphones are great for Bluetooth phone calls and streaming audio as well. The sound quality is good, though it does not fully compare to in-ear headphones. In my opinion, the one drawback is the proprietary charging cord; I wish it used a USB-C charging cord instead.

Great product, wish it could get louder

this is a great product that I use while bicycling, and it works fine, although on windy days (or over 20mph) it isn't loud enough to be heard over the ambient noise, even on the "voice" mode (vs. music). BTW the small size is barely smaller than the regular.
