I was afraid because some people said the sound wasn't loud enough, but they are great. The only probably I have is that the back band doesn't sit flush against my head so if I wear a winter coat, the band forward is pushed by the hood. But overall, these are what I had hoped for!

The sound is fabulous and they're quite comfortable until they're not. Sometimes they make my ears hurt, but that could be where I have them positioned? My only real quibble is the super-irritating beep/honk that happens when I go on mute on Teams. It's fine on other programs but Teams--which is what my company uses for meetings--not so much.

I am obsessed with my headphones. For exercising, I can hear my music and what is going on around me - yet others can’t hear my music. It is amazing technology. I had never used headphones to take calls and did not intend to start but it is so unexpectedly easy to take calls on them - that I often use them for calls and best of all - everyone can hear me as if I am not on headphones. I got them to be safe exercising - want to hear if someone is coming up behind me or even try to talk to me. These far exceed all expectations.

I have 3 pairs of Shokz and rotate using them on a daily basis. I am happy with the sound and ease of use. I wear a hearing aid in my left ear, so it’s nice to use a headphone that does not actually go in the ear. I typically use my Shokz for audio books, music and sometimes phone calls. I am also a fan of the magnetic charger now offered when purchasing them.

I am using this as multipoint, on my personal iPhone and on my pc (for the office). I love it. I am hands free and still know what's going on around me. I can listen to audio books, podcasts, music etc. and still take incoming calls. My book will just pause then start up again when my call has ended. My work pc uses ring central phone system; I have had no complaints, customers can hear me just fine and I hear them great too. I was using a poly voyager 5200 which was too big for my ear, even the smallest head cover. I am much more satisfied now. When I use them for personal use at home or the golf course or wherever, no problems!

Easy to use and pair up with devices. I am truly impressed about how clear the music is or when doing zoom meetings, hearing the speakers. Also when using it for phone calls, no complaints of others not being able to hear me. Love the fact I can listen to music, but also can hear my surroundings.

Sound is great with no vibration in front of the ear when the bass gets going. The rubber has a special coating making it feel soft and the wrap around is right where it feels most comfortable. Sound buttons and covered charging port are easy to find and use. Very happy with the upgrades.

These are so clear that when I'm talking to someone on them, I assume everyone around me can hear the conversation. Much better than any Bluetooth earpiece that I've ever had and I've had many. Incredible battery life, too. I'll be getting a second pair.

I was trying to pick her ear piece that would not pick up background noise well these picks up background noise and a lot of times I can be talking and it goes back to my phone so I don't know if I was spend that kind of money on another pair of not but if you're looking for something for videos music podcast and stuff like that they're great I have mine because I drive trucks everyday and I needed a good headset that's not it

I bought these and loved them at first but there are a few issues. First is that they are a little uncomfortable with glasses on. They tend to push your glasses crooked over time. Second is that sweat builds up under the pods where they rub on your skin. Constantly wiping them and my face. Lastly and the biggest problem is that after around 6 months the on off switch has gone bad. It is hit or miss getting them to power on. Warranty call ended up with me sitting on hold for over an hour before just giving up. Will try again with warranty and then see if Sams will stand behind them.
