I could not be happier with these! As others have mentioned, they are so light I forget I have them on. The sound is crisp and clear, when I use them in meetings, I'm told by other meeting participants that the microphone is too. I absolutely love that these give me such great audio without covering my ears at all. I had no trouble connecting via bluetooth. The magnetic charging is cool and works flawlessly. If I had any complaint it would be the way these have multiple pairing capability as that initially caused me some confusion where it would show connected to a device but not be playing (it was only secondarily connected to that device and was primarily connected to another device and was playing on that other device). IMO, the device should show "paired but not connected" if not playing on it.

Was so excited to get these as a birthday gift but have been disappointed since the second use. Battery life is absolutely horrible. If I don't charge them after every use (normally about 15 to 45 total minutes of use) they are dead before the next day. I was hoping to use them when running long distances but they won't last long enough to do any good.

Definitely Maybe! Remember that movie? Ryan Reynolds puts fictional ear buds in his beautiful ears and walks to his daughter’s school. But wait, yikes, he almost gets hit by a bus. He turns around and mouths “Thank you,” to the guy who saved him. Both of them cannot hear anything except the music channeling through their plugged up ears. Well, those earbuds are no longer fiction, and getting hit by a bus can definitely happen anytime there’s one around. BUT, these Shokz bone-conduction ear phones are my dream come true. Open ears. No uncomfortable pressure points. No removing one when I need to hear someone talking to me. As far as sound quality it’s great unless it’s a really basey song. Also, if you’re in an extremely noisy situation and have to turn them WAY up they will vibrate against your head. (Like when you’re using a power sprayer to wash a bus;) However, if you’ve ever wished you could have your soundtrack playing while you go about your day looking as cool as Ryan Reynolds, this is the way!

Fit well &very lightweight. After a week I no longer notice them on. I love being able to have music on while walking through the office or shop and being able to listen to everyone as I go. I can discuss projects and also be safe around equipment without fussing with earbuds or big headphones. Great when driving so I can hear a phone call while hearing traffic around me. This would be a 5star but when you turn the volume up a bit to just listen to music it vibrates and does not have the concert sound like a high quality bud or headphone. But that's ok because that's not why I bought these. We know own 2 pair & love them!

I never thought I would like these as much as I do. The sound quality is amazing while allowing me to hear the outside world. I also love how they can hang around my neck when not in use. I work in a busy office and these work so much better than earbuds. Very impressed with quality, design and function!

So happy with my Shokz. In the ear buds were giving me constant ear infections. I searched and searched for a solution and finally found Shokz! They are better than I could imagine. I wear them ALL the time, even to bed. I got a second pair so that one is always charging. You are still aware of surroundings and can hold a conversation. Love them!

I have used these during cycling activities on open roads and they function as expected. Wind noise can drown out music and phone call audibles. Point to note: if the speaker portion was angled a degree or two toward the Tragus of the ear, sound and volume would be much more prominent at lower settings. I have tested this by using my fingers to do so as music is playing or on a phone call. Overall, good product.

I love Aftershockz they are fantastic! I never feel any discomfort while wearing them. They have a lot more range than some of the other headphones I’ve used in the past. However, the case they come with is insufficient to keep them safe. My last pair broke in my gym bag while in the travel case. I’d recommend buying a hard case to protect them. The fragility is why I'm not giving them 5 stars.

I have to keep my shokz up full blast to hear my audio book when there is any traffic going by. I'm not sure if they just aren't fitting right, or what. I did buy the mini but I'm still not sure if they fit completely right. Overall, they are ok, the sound is pretty good so long as there is no external noise.

Perfect!! I’ve had a different model of Shokz before but decided to try the mini since I have a lil pea head. They fit amazing, sound great, are lightweight, and of course, I just love the open ear design. As a female runner in town and on trails, I feel so much safer being able to hear what’s going on around me.
