I've been using the regular jawbone earphones for years, and they're great, but these with a smaller neck loop are much better. First, they maintained their great quality, then improved the charging connection and made it possible to lie down without the pillow pushing up on the neck loop, great for my insomnia, the music let's me break my runaway thoughts to fall asleep.

Bought as gift after having a set for myself. I use them gardening/mtb’ing/mowing. The advantage is you can hear what’s going on around you while listening to the headset. They take some getting used to just like in ear headphones but only a couple wears.

This is a good wireless headset. Audio is good. Bass not the greatest but the rest sounds very clear. For phone calls, I hear clearly and the person on the other end say they hear me clearly. Buttons are easy to use. I haven’t drained the battery all the way down but it seems to last awhile. I would definitely recommend for every day use.

Excellent but you have to get used to them. It's listening to music in a different way. At first, they were a little strange but now I really love them. Stay on my ear, perfect for exercise, I listen to things softer, can hear the world around me....a great purchase.

Have worn previous gen Open Run headphones nearly everyday for 2-6 hrs at work plus during runs and working out. Prefer them for phone calls around the house as well. Only thing they're not great for are loud environments. You can use foamie earplugs but it doesn't sound great. I wouldn't use this style of headphone for a plane or mowing the lawn, etc.

These are working out perfectly so far. Haven't done an intense workout with them yet, but for outdoor work, the battery is lasting, the sound is quality, and I'm not sweating up a storm having to wear a sweatband-style like I did before. Also love the design (I hate earbuds, they never stay in my ears).

I bought these as a gift for my husband and he loves them. The sound quality is exceptional and they are very easy to use. He can use them all day long and doesn't have to recharge them until he goes to bed. The microphone is also great. When I call him, it sounds better than when he is just using his phone.

The Shokz OpenRun Open-Ear Endurance Bluetooth Headphones are an excellent pair of headphones that allow you to hear your surroundings. They are ideal for running on the road, enabling you to hear approaching vehicles, and have even come in handy for a father dealing with a crying baby. The headphones are great for Bluetooth phone calls and streaming audio as well. The sound quality is good, though it does not fully compare to in-ear headphones. In my opinion, the one drawback is the proprietary charging cord; I wish it used a USB-C charging cord instead.

Better than I expected. I can wear them and still hear ambient noise i.e. my wife talking to me. The only concern is the charger cord is specific for Shokz OpenRun. Too bad it was not a regular USB charger cord. If it is misplaced you are in trouble.

I had been using the Shokz OpenMove and loved them for running. I wanted to try the more expensive OpenRun, and the sound quality is definitely better. The downside for me is the usability. Maybe I got used to the OpenMoves, but the OpenRun controls are harder to use while I'm running. They don't have the same tactile feel like the OpenMove.
