Defective unit that I will be returning. Email and text notification sounds are faint chirps, unlike audible signals provided by previous Shokz product I have owned.

Super easy to use right out of the box. Quick connect to my iPhone. Love running with these, feel safer being able to clearly hear my surroundings. Comfy to wear with no readjustments needed. 5 star product.

So happy I bought them! I can listen to music and hear surrounding conversation without having to turn volume down or continue pulling out my earbuds.

They are extremely comfortable and the battery life is outstanding! I should have bought these a long time ago. I can go at minimum a week before recharging, most often longer. The sound is great! I do not regret one penny spent on this purchase.

We love shokz, but every pair we have bought drops calls a few minutes in to the conversation and you have to manually reconnect. Still love them tho. But come on shokz, get on that please.

Love the headphones (especially the smaller head size option), but hate having to carry a special charging cable. My previous Shokz headphones used a micro-usb port for charging, which was great, since I did not need to have a special cable.

Getting the system on a : A) Getting a relatively start mode is too cumbersome B) Knowing if the battery is sufficiently towered up is a weakness C) Ear phones are great, but can be awkward to settle! Overall, the best of have had in 40+ yrs

Like my Openrun so far. Have shared it with lotsa friends and have actually let them try mine on so they can hear how it sounds. Like mine especially when talking on the phone as I can be heard better than when holding the phone to my ear.

Bought them for TV listening with blue tooth transmitter. Voices don't match the lips of person speaking, a little late. Thought these might help with the loss of hearing I have but they don't.

I wear them all the time, can have conversations while listening to music, it’s like magic. I wear them while kite surfing, with earplugs the sound quality is a lot better
