I bought them so that I could both listen to podcasts and hear my surroundings while biking. Sadly there's too much background noise on my commute for me to hear the audio properly. I have used them to listen to music too, but the because of the technology they use, they don't sound that fantastic. I think I'll go back to just using one single earphone again. The combination of these, glasses and a bike helmet mostly works. But occasionally they do get a bit in a battle with my glasses. Besides that they were easy to set up and work fine. Annoying to have to use a special charger though.

My OpenRun connect faster that my previous Air which is nice. The volume button is also a little quieter when it beeps. Even a little more quieter would be preferable, but at least the beep isn't as painful as it used to be. The annoying problem now is I don't hear Siri beep when it comes on line. I tried using the same phone with the Air and I hear the Siri beep just fine. Just never with the OpenRun which gets very frustrating, especially when I'm actively doing something and just want Siri to read a message or call someone. I like the smaller band on the mini version. The sound is about the same as before. The microphone is improved from the AIr version too. Magnetic charging is nice, but I only have the one charger. As much as I dislike the mini-USB cables, I do have a lot of extras for travel and such. Presently I don't have a backup if I forget my charging cable for these.

This is my second Shokz headset, the first one stopped working after about 3 years. I loved it, and would highly recommend any of the headsets. The battery life is off the charts, which is the main reason I like them, and the fact that you can hear other sounds while still listening to music, or podcasts. They perform well in moist/sweaty conditions, which is another reason I would recommend them.

This is my second pair of SHOKZ. I previously owned TREKZ TITANIUM. This is the only device I will use for road biking. My new SHOKZ have terrific sound. I was able to order the Mini which is a much better fit for me. I highly recommend them to any athlete-- also great for listening to podcasts and any music, especially if you need to be available to hear kids needing you or the doorbell ringing! They are THE BEST.

Wow, Simply wow. I used to use typical earbuds while running and they just kept being crappy products & not working after less than a month. So I did some research and found these, simply the best decision I've made In regards to technology. The functionality of it is perfection I didn't know I needed these until I got them, now I can hear my surroundings and jam out wherever!!! &&& the cherry on top... the set up was easy & fast.. anyone could do it.

When I wear other devices, it sounds like my fingers are stuck in my ears. I can't think like that! My thoughts get weird and I hate not hearing things right. Kinda like when I flew a plane and my ears stopped up for 2 weeks! I like these, although after a long-time wear you do feel a little pressure where they rested on both sides. But it's far better than dealing with the other. I was amazed how well the sound quality was. It was better than I thought it would be. Are they are a good investment? YES!!

In-the-ear devices hurt my ears after more than 30 minutes of listening - and achy pain where they come into contact with my ear. These have caused no pain so far - I am pleased with the sound. I knocked off one star due to some connection issues once in a while after a phone call. I have to restart some apps to continue listening when the phone call has ended. Looking straight ahead I hardly notice they are on after a while. However, when I turn my head, there is contact with my neck that almost feels restrictive. I can still turn my head, but my initial reaction is to stop turning. That improves some when I adjust the back of the device, raising the back side to a level position. It tends to fall down. This is minor, and not a hindrance to ordering again if I ever need to.

I had the normal size of these before, but they were too big for me. The small size fits me perfectly and the noise quality is great. My only complaint is that the right side clicks randomly for awhile after I start it, but it doesn't seem to cause any issues beyond the kinda annoying sound for maybe ten minutes after it's started. I cannot emphasize how absolutely comfortable they are, and the battery life is enough for a whole work day and then some.

I love my shokz is all I can say. The open run are the latest version and Are beautiful. I cannot wear in ear buds and my discovery of the shokz has really changed a lot of things for me. In the future I hope they become even more affordable so more people can use them.

Love! This is probably my fifth one. The original died probably about a year ago after extensive use. The others still work except for one due to bad habits of putting it into a bag and banging around in there. My husband loves it! He has my second set. The battery life lasts at least 6 to 8 hrs. Great for doing all kinds of activities around the house, in the yard and in the garage. Talking on the phone, listening to music or a book.
