Purchased a brand new pair and ever since I purchased them they haven’t worked properly. On 30-45 min runs they’re absolutely fine but any time I’ve taken them out on a long run they’ve died within about 1 hour or so. I thought I may have been charging them wrong or accidentally leaving the power on overnight, but this has now happened at least 4 times and has completely ruined my marathon training. Will be returning them as soon as possible, so disappointed.

Headphones perform well. The use of Google assistant is very clunky and only works part of the time. Given the shape of the headphones and the price, some kind of protective case should be included. Providing a small cinch bag that offers no protection is very cheap and disappointing

Bought the mini blue open run. I like the quick charge, and they have a good range. I don't care much for the built-in voice - I like the one in my full size Aeropex better. I'm disappointed the mini's will only connect to one device, not the two of my original Aeropex. Overall, the mini is good and worth it, but a few annoying differences from the full-sized Aeropex.

I was excited to purchase these openrun after wearing them 24/7. are great to listen to music watch Netflix, and sometimes in a phone call. When calling someone you can barely hear the phone ring and when they do answer the call it very loud it just sucks to be adjusting the level of volume overall I like them they should improve on them

I’ve had my AfterShokz for over a year now and they’re still as good as new. I like the ability co pair with two devices so when I’m out of range of my computer I can listen on my phone without repairing. I use them for meetings to not disturb my spouse. I use them on bike rides so I can listen to music and still converse with other riders. And I listen with earplugs in my shop to save my ears from loud machine noises. My father can’t see so he has a lot of audio books. I bought him a pair and now he’s never without them. He says they are the best solution for listening to his books that he’s ever found! Great job, Shokz!!!

I love them but the biggest issue is getting them to reconnect. Even with my Iphone that I use i tevery day with. It just won't connect so then I have to Forget This Device, then find and reconnect it. Sometimes even that doesn't do the trick. Most frustrating

I would not have bought these had I known these Shokz headphones are not compatible with tablets (ipads, etc). Using these while watching/listening to things on my tablet was the primary reason I bought these Shokz. I have used them while running and they have a nice sound and I like the way I can hear other noise while listening to music while running. I would also say I need a magnifying glass to see the "+" and "-" to turn them on. I don't find them easy to use.

Nothing is perfect, so I was hesitant to leave 5 stars but these headphones are great. I will read all the reviews and look at every product and compare for so long before a purchase. I ultimately decided on Shokz because I continued coming back to them and I figured I would just return them. But I loved them! They’re great for running and don’t hurt my ears like normal ear buds do. The only thing is that I haven’t figured out how to protect my ears from the cold while wearing them. Other than that they’re exactly what I was hoping for :)

I am very happy with my 2nd generation Open Run Shokz. The sound quality is far superior to my first set. The wind noise is barely noticeable compared to my original Air Shokz. With my upgrade Shokz, I can finally conduct a high-quality phone conversation. My previous versions mic had issues and created feedback such that the other party wasn’t able to hear well. I felt safe with my first set while riding and with the upgrade I rely less on visual because of the ability to hear what’s around me. Great technology from a company that is learning the customer service business.

I wish there was a size In between mini and standard. The standard were a bit too loose and the mini's are a bit too tight. I enjoy them for awhile wishing I could wear them longer but they begin to hurt. The sound is really good so no complaints there. I will still wear them maybe I'll get used to the tightness as I have ever worn headphones like this before.
