First two Shokz were great! Lost the second pair in the 4th of July so ordered another during the July 8th sale. There’s an annoying glitch though. On a run, playing a playlist, the Shokz stop after each song. I have to hit the forward button to get the next song. Hoping it’ll work itself out.

I own 3 pairs of the original aeropex purchased in 2019 through 2021. My mom has a pair for watching TV. I use a pair for work to make calls and two other pairs for working out and running. I have experienced no issues with any of them but have heard of the DOA issues, but have not experienced that. I take them on vacation and use them around the pool. I love these things obviously. waiting to purchase a pair of the black mini's to see if I like the smaller size. I bought the mini's for my mom and liked them better for their fit. my big recommendation is to register them on the Shokz site. i hardly know they are on and have often accidently worn my office set home. the sound is great for calls and no one has ever said there was an issue with the call. Music while running, working out and hanging out is good. I understand that the bass is going to be missing a little, but i am used to it. I think they sound great. I'm an 80's metal head so I listen to a lot of rock and it sounds fine and does the job while working out or running. I also have in ear buds for cold days and they do sound better but I lose the ability to hear passerby's or cars coming up behind me. I would say that's my only gripe and its not Shokz fault, its the inability to wear a hat that covers my ears while running. That's when I wear my buds, otherwise if I can run without a hat, my Aeropex are on. Great product and glad i found them.

I absolutely love these headphones. Lightweight, no bounce, can hear everything around you while at the same time not hearing everything around you if that makes sense. I feel in the zone listening and don't get distracted but if a car or someone comes by speaking or anything I can clearly hear them without concern.

I purchased the Aeroplex headset in August 2021 and used them daily for my workouts, office job and then took them to Kauai in Oct and used them daily on long hot sweaty hikes, runs and at the beach. WOW, they never let me down and still today, Jan 3, 2022, they are my best bluetooth investment ever. I even wear them during my ice skating training. ( I am an ice hockey official). I actually forget they are on they are so darn comfortable. I love it when I am running that I can hear traffic behind me as I approach intersections. A big safety thing for me. Also when I am shopping, I have no issue hearing the clerks or other customers while still listening to music, or on a call and the ability to dictate TM's or email replies hands free is very impressive. I have turned several of my coworkers, officials and family members onto the Aftershokz products. Look forward to more new products to enhance the experience of these headphones.

This is the first set of bone conduction headphones I've ever used. Now I could never go back to in ear or over ear headphones. Not having to deal with ear wax or hearing someone is a game changer! They fit comfortably, honestly sometimes I forget I'm wearing them. I feel safer when I'm running since I can hear traffic. And the sound quality is very good, you can barely tell the difference, if at all. I think the most noticable difference is at certain frequencies you can feel the vibrations. It's not a bad thing but was surprising.

I was excited to purchase these openrun after wearing them 24/7. are great to listen to music watch Netflix, and sometimes in a phone call. When calling someone you can barely hear the phone ring and when they do answer the call it very loud it just sucks to be adjusting the level of volume overall I like them they should improve on them

I love my OpenRun Shokz. Its been 2 weeks of using it while in my morning walk and I’m just now having to charge it again. It was worth the money. I should have gotten the mini for the smaller size but I can still use the regular size. Delivery was quick too.

I ordered these for my husband after some close calls with cars running with headphones. These have totally eliminated the safety issue of not hearing cars while still having great sound quality. I will be ordering some for myself for my call-center job.

The connection and set-up was easy and trouble free. I was hesitant I'd like these, eventhough I know others that use them. Others don't use them like I do, mine are connected to my two way radio at work to keep radio traffic during emergencies away from prying ears. I don't have to have the cord to tangle with or have the radio in my chest harness at all times. Run time seems to hold up to my use, even with my normal 12 hour shift. Charging goes by quickly. For the first week, I spent more time looking for the cord and an old iPhone charging block that I "put away". The bespoke charging cord makes one more thing to carry. USB C might be an improvement. Great product for sure! Thanks!

I bought my first pair of Aftershokz at a race expo, several years ago, when the company was new, as was the bone conduction concept. My first pair was the Titanium. I loved them! I wore them every single day for over 4 years. I am a competitive runner, and I’m very hard on my headphones, as I run 365 days, rain or shine, and they get tossed around in my car & luggage. They took a beating, and even after I completely broke them in half, they were still playing music and taking a charge! I bought the Aeropex , (now renamed as OpenRun), in Nov. of 2020 to replace the Titanium. I have been wearing them every day since. They have never let me down. They worked in freezing temperatures while I ran in the Swiss Alps, and in pouring rain while I ran in Germany. They continue to work as good today, in 100+ degree weather, as they did on day one.
