I bought a pair of these for my wife as she doesn't like things sticking in her ears as they are bothersome. She attends virtual meetings and normally kept the volume low so she wouldn't be interrupting what I was doing. I tried them on and fell in love with them. I ended up buying a pair for myself and subsequently three more for Christmas presents. When I showed them to my daughter, she bought four more for presents. Now many of my friends have purchased them after I showed them off to them.

This device surpasses all other systems I've tried at the trap range. The best sound protection is a simple foam plug. Coupling the foam plug with Shokz, I get the maximum protection plus the ability to listen to music - and even answer the phone when needed.

Bought for long distance road/gravel rides when I need a little pick me up with a tune to tackle a climb or fight against headwinds. Have occasionally used on the trails with my mtb as i sometimes tend to self talk in a negative way…helps get me out of my head. Find these to be very comfortable and the sound great. Occasionally can’t make out the prompts if I’ve turned the headset off or not. This could be a bit more clear. Otherwise absolutely love the product!

When I first got the headset I thought they were going to be too big but they were great. The only thing I do not like is the charger I lost mine so I have to wait until my husband charges his so I can charge mine and I can't take the charger with me in order to be able to charge it on trips and stuff like that. The sound is great the volume is great. The sound if it's too loud it does have like a buzzing sound and the vibration is pretty hard but I do love them. I wish I could get a set that had the other type of chargers like my cell phone because that way I only have to use one charger for all of them the phone and the headset.

I’m an avid runner, who also has some visual limitations that make reading difficult. I had an older set of earbuds with over the ear hooks, but they needed replacing. Although I was really excited about the bone conduction / open ear concept for safety, I didn’t expect very good sound quality. I was very pleasantly surprised! Although I’m sure these aren’t the same as modern in-ear speakers, they sound great. Bass is perhaps a little weak, and if you turn volume way up on a song with a lot of bass frequencies, they make my ears tickle! Holds charge as advertised, paired easily with my iPhone, and the tactile pause/play and volume buttons are easy to use. I have used these extensively for music while running, for podcasts, and for audiobooks. I’ve also use them at times for phone calls while I am out on a walk. The microphones work surprisingly well unless it is windy, and then the sound quality deteriorates quite a bit. I imagine this would be true for any product with a microphone near your ear, and not closer to your mouth. They are unbelievably comfortable, to the point that I often forget I have them on, and have even lied down to go to sleep at night, and then realized I still have them on my head! I bought the standard size, although I was right on the border between standard and mini. I almost wish I had bought the mini as the stiff band that goes around the back your head protrudes enough that it is annoying if I am lying down or in the car. I wonder if the mini would also allow a slightly tighter press of the speakers against my cheekbones. All in all, I highly recommend these, and would definitely buy them again myself.

Amazing, I was skeptical at first, but quickly fell in love with these. I love that I can still interact with the world around me. They are not immersive like in ear headphones, which means you should not expect it to sound like you are at a concert.

I purchased an OpenRun Pro while traveling through an airport some years ago and was highly impressed with the technology and sound quality. I highly recommend the purchase of Shokz because of the technology. I like the Shokz OpenRun Pro for hearing and communicating clearly without compromising my ability to remain aware of my surroundings. It is subtle but important to me.

My first pair broke that I’d had for a few years broke after getting tossed around in my bag. I loved them so I immediately bought a new pair. This new generation is such an improvement on an already great product. These Shokz are so much lighter and fit better on my head. My husband, who also has an older generation, is jealous. The setup is stupid easy, the sound quality is amazing.

Hello, I'm an avid mountain biker! I like to hear music while riding my bike, but always had the problem with using in ear headphones of not hearing my surroundings. Big problem for a mountain biker! So after I started following Syd & Macky (mountain bikers) on Youtube they use Shoks and always refer to how good they perform and are allowed to hear there surroundings. I was sold on buying a set of Shoks! I purchased the OpenRun model. I have been using them for about six months now. I can say that they perform flawlessly! They have very good sound quality, they are very comfortable and most of all I can hear my surroundings! I've ridden in the rain, raced some mountain bike races, even went hiking with them. In all of these situation they have worked up to the task. Easy to use, love the multi function button, that can be pushed even with gloves on, you can pause music, answer/end phone calls all in one button. Battery charges fast and last very long! I raced a 6 hour event and when finished the race, battery was at mid level.

I fumbled around with buds that were not truly sweatproof, did not stay put, and/or did not allow for sweat drainage resulting in swimmers ear. All of my problems were solved when I picked up a pair of Aeroplex. They are so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them. I use them for work as I frequently have to make calls while my hands stay busy, I listen to music and podcasts, I run and lift with them, all without a problem. The battery seems to last far longer than the 8 hrs that’s advertised. There’s only a couple things I’ve noted that some would consider negative: 1. Full volume heavy bass (which is not my thing) kinda tickles the skin. 2. Volume won’t overpower a lawn mower or heavily trafficked street. I recommend these for all my colleagues in EMS and other healthcare settings and have heard no complaints from those who’ve gotten them. They were going strong until they got stretched too far while taking my son off my shoulders and broke them. I’ll be buying a new pair asap.
